Mr. Kelly is Group Vice President Outdoor Equipment Group, responsible for all business functions of the Eureka! , Silva and Tech4O brands. Mr. Kelly joined Johnson Outdoors in 1993 and served in a variety of corporate and operational positions of increasing responsibility before being named Group Vice President in 2001. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Mr. Kelly worked in the fly fishing, management consulting and oil and mineral industries. Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Masters in Business Administra6tion from the Wharton School of theUuniversity of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stone oversees all aspects of PowerLight's marketing function, including marketing communications, product marketing and alliances. He brings to PowerLight 13 years of high technology marketing, product management and business development experience. Prior to PowerLight, Mr. Stone was an Executive in Residence (EIR) at Mohr, Davidow Ventures, working with several of the firm's early stage start-up companies to develop marketing and product strategies. In addition, Mr. Stone played a leading role at Siebel Systems Inc. over six years, holding a variety of positions including General Manager of the Public Sector business unit. He also created and led the Siebel Mobile Solutions and Siebel Energy product lines, as well as managed Siebel's flagship products for sales automation and partner relationship management. Earlier experience included wireless and mobile computing product marketing at Telxon Corporation, now a Symbol Technologies company. Mr. Stone holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
