Charles E. Bunch is chairman and CEO of PPG Industries. A PPG director since 2002, he is also a director of H.J. Heinz Co.

Charles F. Kahle II, director, coatings research and development, is appointed vice president, coatings research and development. Kahle joined PPG in 1987 as a research associate in coatings after earning his doctorate in organic chemistry at the University of Illinois. He worked in the electrodeposition and central research groups and served as group leader for automotive parts and accessories coatings development. Kahle subsequently held key technical leadership roles in PPG’s chemicals and glass technology centers before assuming his current position as technology leader for coatings in 2004.

Ms. Cynthia "Cindy" A. Niekamp was named President and General Manager of BorgWarner TorqTransfer Systems, Drivetrain Group, and Vice President of BorgWarner Inc. in July of 2004. She joined BorgWarner from MeadWestvaco Corporation where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She served in a variety of senior roles for the company and predecessor Mead Corporation from 1995 to 2002 in strategic planning and general management, including four years as President and General Manager of Mead Specialty Paper Division. She started her career at General Motors in operations and engineering, before moving to TRW to assume operational and business development responsibilities. She holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University. Vincent J. Morales, director, investor relations, is appointed vice president, investor relations. Morales joined PPG in the corporate controller’s office in 1985. Progressive finance and accounting assignments included supervisor, shared services, in Chillicothe, Ohio, and director, information and financial services, at Mt. Zion, Ill. Morales returned to Pittsburgh in PPG’s chemicals controller function and served as director, internal financial reporting, prior to taking on his current position in 2004. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Robert Morris University and a master’s of business administration from Ohio State University.

Anthony Ferrazzoli: Anthony Ferrazzoli is a Process Technician in the Automotive Glass Division of PPG Industries, where his responsibilities include training and instruction of hourly personnel regarding new equipment and processes. He began attending firearms courses in earnest in 1996, and was among those who attended the early courses offered by the PFDC in Pittsburgh. Since then he has accumulated nearly 1000 hours of formal firearms training from nationally known schools and instructors, including instructor training at the Marksman's Enterprise handgun and carbine instructor courses and the Stock Brothers 3-Day Instructor Clinic. His detailed training resume can be reviewed here. He is certified by the NRA to instruct Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun and Personal Protection. He is also certified by the State of Utah to instruct Utah's Concealed Firearms Permit course. A strong and consistent supporter of the F.I.R.E. Institute training program, Mr. Ferrazzoli has volunteered his time assisting in the administration of the program, including the design and maintenance of the FIRE Institute website. Following instructor training, he began working directly with primary handgun and carbine instructors as a Safety Officer and a line coach. He has also developed his own Basic Handgun curriculum and program which he has been directing and instructing for two years. An avid experimenter, Mr. Ferrazzoli has created a number of training aids and equipment, most notably a harness for cold-weather training, assembled from several manufacturers existing products. Tony's command of what is available and where to find it makes him one of those people experienced shooters call when they have a question. Tony lives in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.

Captain Thomas S. Alvord is a Hawker Pilot, with a FAA Airline Transport Pilot license. He has assisted the maintenance department in the FAA Part 135 conformity certification of Hawker and Gulfstream III aircraft to the Voyager Jet Center fleet. His experiences include his position as a Corporate Pilot for PPG Industries, from 1967 to 1987, and H.J. Heinz Co., from 1989 to 1994. During his tenure with both companies he obtained FAA type ratings on Gulfstream GI, GII, and GIII aircraft and gained considerable global flying experience and knowledge. Born on July 2, 1943 in Beatrice, Nebraska, Tom acquired his Private Pilot License in 1960 prior to his enlistment in the U.S. Air Force. His aviation education and experience was obtained at the K.I. Sawyer AFB in Michigan from 1960 to 1964 where he learned Boeing B-52 aircraft electronic maintenance. He acquired additional experience working for Pittsburgh Air Radio from 1965 to 1967 at the Allegheny County Airport as an avionics installation and repairman. His Commercial Pilot License and Airline Transport Pilot Certificate were acquired in 1966 and 1970 respectively. Aside from his training in the Gulfstream GII, GIII and Hawker HS125, he has completed courses in Rolls Royce Spey MK 511-8 Engine School and Litton Aero Products LTN-51-104 Maintenance. Tom also has certification and licenses for FAA ATP Type ratings in the Gulfstream G-III, G-II, and the Raytheon Hawker HS-125, FAA Airframe/Powerplant, FAA First Class Medical, FCC General Radiotelephone and FCC Amateur Extra Class. Married for over 18 years to Angeline, their combined families include 7 children and 12 grandchildren. A community and faith minded person; Tom is an active member of Holy Angel Parish in Hays, PA. He is currently President of the Mon Valley Radio Control Model Airplane Club and has held positions in the past as the President of the Clairton Chamber of Commerce, Clairton Library, Quiet Birdman, and EAA Chapter 45.

Ms. Holt is Senior Vice President, Glass and Fiber Glass, for PPG Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of coatings, chemicals and glass products. Prior to joining PPG in January 2003, she was Vice President of Performance Films for Solutia, Inc. Ms. Holt began her career at Solutia’s predecessor, Monsanto Company, where she held various sales, marketing, and global general management positions. Her term as director expires at the 2009 annual meeting.

Hugh Grant, is chairman of the board, president and CEO of Monsanto Co. He has been a PPG director since 2005. Nominating and Governance Committee; Technology and Environment Committee.

Martin Richenhagen was selected by the Board of Directors in March 2004 as President and Chief Executive Officer of AGCO Corporation. He was appointed to Chairman of the Board on August 15, 2006, and continues serves on the Executive Committee and the Succession Planning Committee. Previously, Mr. Richenhagen was the Executive Vice President at Forbo International SA, a manufacturing firm, headquartered in Switzerland. He also served as Group President for CLAAS KgaA mbH, a global manufacturer of agricultural equipment, headquartered in Germany. Prior to 1995, Mr. Richenhagen was the Senior Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Schindler Holding GmbH in Germany. From 2006 through the first quarter of 2007, until its sale to Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., Richenhagen served as a Board member for the Phelps Dodge Corporation on the Audit, Finance and Corporate Governance Committees. He is currently a Board member for PPG Industries, a leading coatings and specialty products and services company, where he is also sitting on the Audit and Technology & Environment

Robert Mehrabian, is chairman of the board, president and CEO of Teledyne Technologies Inc. He has been a PPG director since 1992. Officers-Directors Compensation Committee; Technology and Environment Committee.
