John W. Ericksen became Vice President Corporate Training and Organizational Development in October 2007. Prior to that time he served in various operating positions, including president of PCC-Small Structural Casting Operations and president of Wyman-Gordon Forgings - East. He has been with the Company since July of 1986.

Byron J. Gaddis became chief information officer in July 2000 and was named a vice president of PCC in the following month. Prior to his assignment, he was the director of airframe development and R&D at PCC Structurals.

Shawn R. Hagel became senior vice president and chief financial officer in August, 2008. Previously, she was elected vice president of finance in May 2008. In 2000 she was named corporate controller and an officer of the Company in 1997. She was corporate financial reporting manager from 1995 to 1997.

Joseph I. Snowden became a senior vice president of PCC in November 2008 and president of Special Metals Corporation in June 2006, Previously, he was president of Specialty Material and Alloys Group.

Roger A. Cooke became PCC's senior vice president and general counsel in August 2008. Mr, Cooke had served as vice president - regulatory and legal affairs since April 2000. Prior to joining PCC, he was senior vice president - legal of Fred Meyer, Inc.

Kirk G. Pulley was named vice president - strategic planning and corporate development in April 2004. At the Board's meeting in November 2004, he was made an officer of the Company. Previously, he was a vice president with Goldman Sachs & Co.

Roger P. Becker became vice president - corporate taxes in November 2008, He came to PCC from Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, located in St. Louis, Missouri, where he held the position of Vice President, Taxes.

Russell S. Pattee became vice president - corporate controller in May 2008. Prior to joining PCC, he was vice president corporate controller and treasurer of Merix Corporation and before that he served as corporate controller of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.

Steven C. Blackmore became PCC's vice president and treasurer in February 2008. He was previously the Company's assistant treasurer. Prior to joining PCC, he was assistant treasurer of Mentor Graphics Corporation.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Techsystems Inc., a supplier of aerospace and defense products and ammunition, located in Edina, Minnesota. Mr. Murphy was named Chief Executive Officer in October 2003 and elected to Chairman of the Board in April 2005, having joined ATK in 2001. Prior to joining ATK, Mr. Murphy was in the United States Navy where he served for 30 years and retired in December 2000.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Colleton Enterprises LLC, a private consulting and investment company located in Dayton, Ohio, since March 2005. From 1997 to 2004, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Huffy Corporation; retired from Huffy January 2004. Mr. Graber was previously President of Worldwide Household Products Group, The Black & Decker Corporation.

President of P. Bridenbaugh, Inc., an organization providing consulting services; until retiring in January 1998, Executive Vice President—Automotive, Aluminum Co. of America, an integrated producer of aluminum and other products for the packaging, aerospace, automotive, building and construction, and commercial and industrial markets; from 1993 to 1996, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, Aluminum Co. of America.

Mr. Rothmeier is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Mr. Rothmeier founded Great Northern Capital, a private investment and merchant banking firm in March 1993, after serving as president of a Twin Cities venture capital and merchant banking firm. Previously, he was chairman of the board and chief executive officer of NWA Inc. and Northwest Airlines Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a director of ArvinMeritor Inc., GenCorp Inc., Precision Castparts Corp., and Waste Management Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a trustee of the University of Chicago, a member of the Council on the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, chairman of the St. Agnes Foundation and The Lumen Christi Institute, director of the American Council on Germany, a trustee for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, an advisor to the Metropolitan Economic Development Association of the Twin Cities, a minority business advisory group, and former vice chairman of the U.S. - China Business Council.

Ulrich (Rick) Schmidt, 59. Mr. Schmidt has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Spirit Holdings since June 2006 and was Treasurer of Spirit Holdings from June 2006 through January 2007. He has also served in such capacities for Spirit since August 2005. Previously, Mr. Schmidt was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Goodrich Corporation from October 2000 until August 2005. Mr. Schmidt received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business from Michigan State University.

Retired; until May 2001, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quanex Corporation, a manufacturer of steel bars, aluminum shapes and steel tubes and pipes.
