Mr. Scott V. Ogilvie , age 53, has served on our board of directors since April 12, 2007. Mr. Ogilvie is President and CEO of Gulf Enterprises International, Ltd, ("Gulf") a company that brings strategic partners, expertise and investment capital to the Middle East and North Africa. He has held this position since August of 2006. Mr. Ogilvie also serves as Chief Operating Officer of CIC Group, Inc., an investment manager, a position he has held for the last five years.
