Jeffrey Jacobson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company in May 2007, and added the title of Chairman on January 1, 2009. From April 2005 until April 2007, he was a Corporate Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, a division formed by the integration of six different Kodak companies into a $3.6 billion global enterprise. From April, 2000 through April, 2005, Mr. Jacobson served as Chief Executive Officer of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a $1.7 billion global joint venture between Sun Chemical Corporation and Kodak. In all, Mr. Jacobson has 22 years of experience in the graphics arts industry. Mr. Jacobson is a board member of the Electronic Document Systems Foundation, as well as a board member of the New York University Graphic Communications Management and Technology Advisory Board. Jeffrey A. Cook was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in February 2007 and appointed Executive Vice President in February 2008. From July 2005 until February 2007 he was self-employed. Prior thereto, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a joint venture between Kodak and Sun Chemical Corporation.

Mark J. Levin was appointed President, Americas Region in November 2007. From October 2005 until March 2007 he served as President-Commercial Group of Sun Chemical Corporation. From October 2003 until October 2005 he served as President-Publication Inks of Sun Chemical. Prior thereto, he served as Senior Vice President of Heidelberg.

Kathleen McHugh was appointed Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in May, 2008. Ms. McHugh, with over 20 years of industry experience, is focused on expanding Presstek's global presence in the growing digital color printing market. Ms. McHugh joined Kodak in 1984, and most recently served as Vice President and Regional Business Manager of Kodak's U.S. and Canadian Prepress Solutions. Previously, Ms. McHugh served as Kodak's Vice President, Global Marketing, Prepress Solutions. From 1998 to 2005, Ms. McHugh held high level strategic and marketing roles in Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a joint venture between Kodak and Sun Chemical companies.

Ron Cardone has been Presstek's Chief Information Officer since November 2005. Mr. Cardone and his team are responsible for managing the day-to-day support of the company's information technology, as well as establishing the strategic direction of Presstek's internal business systems architecture, and the tactical implementation of those system strategies to help drive improved corporate efficiency, customer service and competitive advantage in the marketplace. Mr. Cardone has over 20 years of senior management experience in information systems positions, including The First Years, Inc.; Safety 1st, Inc. Compaq Inc.; and Wang Laboratories Inc. Mr. Cardone holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

William C. Keller was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations in July 2006. As such, Mr. Keller is responsible for Presstek's manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and customer support organizations. Prior to joining Presstek Mr. Keller was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Brooks Automation, Inc. Previously, Mr. Keller held other key senior executive positions at Brooks including Vice President of Operations, Vice President and Director of European Operations at Brooks Automation, and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at PRI Automation. Mr. Keller holds a Master in Business Administration from Boston University.

"Cathleen V. Cavanna has been Presstek’s Vice President, Corporate Human Resources since January 2005. As such, Ms. Cavanna is responsible for coordinating all human resource activities within the corporation, including strengthening the link between internal operations and external performance, and influencing and fulfilling business strategy through a fully-aligned and integrated approach. Ms. Cavanna joined Presstek in March 1996 as the Manager of Human Resources. Prior to joining Presstek, Ms. Cavanna held human resources management positions in high-tech companies including Electronic Data Systems, Genicom and The A. B. Dick Company. Ms. Cavanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and is active in the Compensation and Benefit Survey Group, the Southern New Hampshire Human Resources Society, and is certified in Personnel Law. "

Geoff Loftus was appointed Vice President of Service at Presstek in November of 2006. Mr. Loftus and his team are dedicated to providing Presstek's customers with the industry's best support at the highest level of customer satisfaction. Mr. Loftus and his team are responsible for all areas of service delivery including installation, training, technical support, shop productivity improvement, application support, and logistics through Presstek's global network of direct service technicians and dealer partners. Mr. Loftus has 20 years of experience in the graphic arts industry. Prior to joining Presstek, he held key management, service, and engineering positions at Heidelberg in both in the United States and Germany. Mr. Loftus holds an MBA from New Hampshire College, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, and a Certificate in Logistics Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has earned two patents as an inventor.

Hakan Elmali, Ph.D. was appointed Vice President of Engineering and Research in March 2007. As such, he is responsible for technology strategy development, core research, and product management and development. Prior to joining Presstek, Dr. Elmali served as Vice President of Engineering at ADE Corporation in Westwood, MA. Previously, he was Director of Engineering at Brooks Automation. He has over 20 years of research and product development experience and brings to Presstek a proven track record of managing engineering projects from concept to production. Dr. Elmali has a doctorate and a master's of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He received his bachelor's degree also in mechanical engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.

James R. Van Horn was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in October 2007. In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters and advises the executive team on legal issues and ongoing business development opportunities. Van Horn brings a 16-year background as general counsel with public companies to Presstek and joins the company from Sun-Times Media Group, Inc., where he was vice president, general counsel and secretary. He has also served as chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary for NUI Corporation and senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Citizens First Bancorp, Inc. Van Horn received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and his B.A. from the College of Wooster.

Quen Baum was appointed Managing Director of Presstek Europe in March of 2005. As such, he is responsible for the operations of Presstek Europe, which includes the former ABDick UK. From November 2004 until March 2005, Baum was the Managing Director of ABDick UK. From 1995 until Presstek's acquisition of ABDick in November 2004, Baum was employed in various management positions at ABDick UK, including Managing Director. While at ABDick, Baum was responsible for the successful launch of ABDick's exclusive distribution of Presstek products in the UK. Prior to ABDick, Baum was employed for seventeen years with AM International (Multigraphics) in a range of positions in sales, marketing and management, including General Manager. Baum attended Ashridge College and Cranfield University.

"Mark McElhinney was appointed President of Lasertel, Inc., Presstek's laser diode manufacturing facility in Tucson, AZ in August 2004. As such, Mr. McElhinney oversees the manufacture of laser diodes and devices for Presstek's digital imaging systems, as well as semiconductor laser products for Lasertel's external customers. In addition, he is responsible for the development and expansion of Lasertel's external customer base. Mr. McElhinney joined Lasertel in January 2003, as Vice President of Engineering. He has over eighteen years experience in the laser industry and holds a Ph.D. in molecular beam epitaxy research from the University of Glasgow. Prior to joining Lasertel, Mr. McElhinney was the Director of Engineering at ADC in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota where he oversaw the development and manufacturing of high power laser products. Prior to that, McElhinney was a founder and technical director of Spectracom in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Mr. McElhinney has also worked for Pirelli Cavi in Milan, Italy; Motorola in East Kilbride, Scotland; as well as IBM UK in Greenock, Scotland. He is the author of numerous publications. "

Daniel S. Ebenstein has been a director of the Company since November 1999. Mr. Ebenstein has been practicing intellectual property law at the New York law firm of Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein since 1968 and has been a partner of that firm since 1972.

Edward Barr was appointed to the Board of Directors in September, 2008 and was elected Lead Director on June 3, 2009. Mr. Barr has over forty- five years of industry experience and served as President and CEO of Sun Chemical Corporation from 1987 to 1998 during which time Sun Chemical's revenues grew from $600 million to over $3 billion. Barr joined Sun Chemical in 1962 and served as president and chief operating officer from 1975 to 1982, when he left to become Chief Executive Officer and partner with Courtaulds plc in a US-based specialty chemicals joint venture. He rejoined Sun Chemical in 1987 as President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1998 thru 2003, Barr served as Chairman and CEO of Sun Chemical BV, the holding company for Sun Chemical and its other interests, including its 50% equity in Kodak Polychrome Graphics. A former trustee of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Barr serves as chairman of the board of United Water Resources and is a director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Newline Noosh, a leading provider of print sourcing and procurement solutions. From 1985 to 1987 he chaired the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology, a blue ribbon panel responsible for guiding the state's economic development. From 1976 to 1985 he was a member of the New Jersey Board of Higher Education and served as its chairman from 1978 to 1981. An economist by training, Barr received his MS from the University of Michigan and participated in the Ph.D. program in economics at New York University (1959-1961). Later, he completed M.I.T.'s Senior Executive Program. A graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business (BS, 1957), he was named a distinguished alumnus of NYU and awarded the John T. Madden Memorial Medal in 1978. Barr was elected an NYU Albert Gallatin Fellow in 1979 and a life member of the Albert Gallatin Associates in 1984. He was awarded honorary degrees by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (doctor of science) and Monmouth College (doctor of laws). Barr is an overseer of NYU's Stern School, where he led the recently-completed five-year capital campaign.

Frank D. Steenburgh has been a director of the Company since April 2008. From January 2008 until the present, he has served as Chief Marketing Officer of ColorCentric Corporation. From January 2006 until the present, he served as President and CEO of Steenburgh & Associates, LLC. From January 2005 until December 2005 he served as Senior Vice President, Business Growth of Xerox Corporation. From November 2001 until December 2004 he served as Senior Vice President and Worldwide General Manager, iGen3 Business of Xerox. Prior thereto he served in various capacities with Xerox.

After practicing medicine from 1981 to 1988, Lawrence Howard co-founded Presstek, Inc., a publicly held graphic arts company whose market value grew from $12 million to $800 million under his direction as president and CEO. Dr. Howard serves on the boards of several Hudson Ventures portfolio companies, including Intellibridge and Intuitive Products International (IPI) as well as CERTPOINT. He is also on the board of trustees of Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, the Federation Employment and Guidance Services, OPCENTER and the Diabetes Research Institute. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire and New York Medical College.

Michael D. Moffitt has been a director of the Company since July 2000. From March 1989 to the present, Mr. Moffitt has been employed as a consultant and investment adviser. From February 2000 to July 2001, Mr.Moffitt was employed as President and Chief Operating Officer of Solar Communications, Inc., a printing and direct marketing service firm. From August 1994 to January 1999, Mr.Moffitt was employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Century Graphics, a retail insert printing company. From March 1987 to March 1989, Mr. Moffitt was employed as Director of Information Services at Arthur D. Little, Inc. Previously, Mr. Moffitt was employed by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company for 22 years in a variety of management roles, including Senior Vice President, Electronic Graphics Group.

Steven N. Rappaport has been a director of the Company since November 2003. Since July 2002, Mr. Rappaport has been a partner of RZ Capital, LLC, a private investment firm that also provides administrative duties for a limited number of clients. From March 1995 to July 2002, Mr. Rappaport was Director, President and Principal of Loanet, Inc., an online real time accounting service used by brokers and institutions to support domestic and international securities borrowing and lending activities. Loanet, Inc. was acquired by Sunguard Data Systems in May 2001. From March 1992 to December 1994, Mr. Rappaport was Executive Vice President of Metallurg, Inc. and President of Metallurg's subsidiary, Shieldalloy Corporation. He served as Director of Metallurg, Inc. from 1985 to 1998. From March 1987 to March 1992, Mr. Rappaport was Director, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Telerate, Inc., an electronic distributor of financial information. Telerate was acquired by Dow Jones over a number of years commencing in 1985 and culminating in January 1990, when it became a wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Rappaport practiced corporate and tax law at the New York law firm of Hartman & Craven from August 1974 to March 1987. He became a partner at the firm in 1979. Mr. Rappaport is currently serving as an independent director and audit committee member with respect to a number of investment portfolios, of which Credit Suisse serves as the investment adviser under the Investment Companies Act of 1940. Twenty one of the funds are open-end funds and Mr. Rappaport is the Chairman of these funds. Seven of the funds are closed-end funds, whose shares are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Rappaport also serves as a director on a number of for-profit private businesses.
