Peter Mann is one of the founders of Prestige Brands, Inc. and is the retired Chairman and CEO of the Company. He is also a Partner in West Hill Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Block, Mr. Mann held senior management positions for such leading consumer products companies as The Mennen Company, Swift & Co. and Chemway, Inc. Charles Schrank joined The Spic and Span Company, a predecessor of Prestige Brands Holdings, in February 2001 as one of the company's founders after its spin-off from Procter & Gamble and has been Senior Vice President of Marketing, Household at Prestige Brands since it was founded in 2004. Mr. Schrank brings over 30 years of consumer package goods sales and marketing experience with him and is responsible for establishing the Household Division's strategic direction and full implementation of the consumer marketing initiatives. Prior to joining The Spic and Span Company, Mr. Schrank was a Vice President of Marketing for The Block Drug Company reporting to the Vice President - General Manager, Consumer Products Division. During his 22 year career at Block, Mr. Schrank was responsible for various brands including the company's flagship brands: Sensodyne Desensitizing Toothpaste, Polident Denture Cleanser and PoliGrip Denture Adhesive. Prior to his long term career track at Block, Mr. Schrank held assignments at The Continental Group and International Playtex Corporation.Mr. Schrank has a BA from Long Island University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
