PRG-Schultz International Inc.

Romil Bahl was named PRG-Schultz's President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. Prior to joining PRG-Schultz, Mr. Bahl was one of the founders and a managing director of Infosys Consulting, the management consulting business started in 2004 by Infosys Technologies, a publicly traded global technology and consulting services company. He also led Infosys' global System Integration business from late 2007 until he joined PRG-Schultz. Mr. Bahl ran the global consulting services business of EDS, and he also held a number of senior roles at A.T. Kearney, last serving as the leader of the firm's European strategic technology and transformation practice. Mr. Bahl began his career at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering and Technology in Calcutta, India.

John M. Cook has served as a Director of CryoLife since August 1999. He is a retired Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of PRG-Schultz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGX), the world s leading recovery audit firm. Mr. Cook served as Chief Executive Officer of PRG-Schultz from its founding in January 1991 until his retirement in July 2005. Prior to PRG-Schultz, he served in a number of top financial and management positions in the retail industry, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Caldor Stores and Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of Kaufmann s Department Stores, both May Department Stores affiliates. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Louis University, where he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and holds a seat on the Executive Advisory Board of the University s School of Business and Administration.

P. David Schroeder , Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, is responsible for the Company s information technology worldwide. Prior to joining the Company in January 2007, Mr. Schroeder served as an independent CIO-level consultant advising companies on acquisitions and technology strategy from April 2005 to December 2006. From November 2002 to March 2005, Mr. Schroeder served as Chief Technology Officer for the Hobart West Group, the parent company of Esquire Deposition Services, one of the largest court reporting firms in the U.S. From April 2000 to July 2002, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Law.com, a major website targeting lawyers and legal professionals. Prior to his position at Law.com, Mr. Schroeder held senior technology management roles at innovative consulting organizations such as iXL, Inc. and IBM s Interactive Media division.

Robert Lee is responsible for managing PRG-Schultz's finances. Mr. Lee joined the Company as Controller in January 2006 and was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2009. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lee served as a principal in Bartlett Lee Auxiliary Management, a financial services outsourcing firm. Prior to that, he was CFO and Controller of Buckhead America Corporation, a publicly owned hospitality company. Buckhead America was a spin-off company of Days Inns of America where Mr. Lee had served as Controller. Before joining Days Inns, Mr. Lee was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick where he began his career. Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jennifer Moore is responsible for all domestic and international human resource activities. Before joining PRG-Schultz, Ms. Moore was Vice President of Human Resources with Howard Schultz & Associates. Prior to HS&A, she worked in human resources management in the telecommunications, semi-conductor and mortgage industries. Ms. Moore holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Victor (Vic) Allums is responsible for the legal affairs of PRG-Schultz. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Allums was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Business Productivity Solutions, a division of GE Capital. He has also served as Assistant General Counsel of the Healthcare Division of ALLTEL Information Services and spent several years at Troutman Sanders, an Atlanta law firm. Mr. Allums holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mike has been an associate of PRG-Schultz since 1996, leading audit teams in the retail entertainments sector of our European business. Mike's prior experience includes working for 25 years in different senior finance roles in the retail industry. Mike is a Chartered Certified Accountant and received an MBA from Kingston Business School.

Mr. Golden has served as a director of SYSCO since 1984. He is Chairman of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, counsel to SYSCO. Mr. Golden also serves as a director of PRG-Schultz International, Inc. Mr. Golden is a member of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee.

Mr. Lind is a Managing Partner of Blum L.P. Mr. Lind has informed the Company that he disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares beneficially owned by Blum L.P. Certain Shares Subject to Options and Conversion Rights includes an aggregate of 1,609,345 shares the Blum Reporting Persons have the right to acquire upon conversion of Series A Preferred Stock and 2,704,752 shares upon conversion of the 10% Senior Convertible Notes, both of which were issued in March 2006. See note (4) above.

Patrick G. Dills is Executive Chairman of the Board of Medical Services Company, a nationwide leader in the delivery of medical products and pharmacy services to the workers compensation and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Medical Services Company in February 2006, Mr. Dills served from 1988 to 2005 in several executive roles at First Health Group Corp. with his last position being Executive Vice President. He was also President of CCN and Health Net Plus, which were wholly owned subsidiaries of First Health Group Corp., from 2001 to 2005 and 2003 to 2005, respectively. First Health Group is a full service managed health care company providing cost management services to large multi-state payors.
