Headquartered in Bermuda, Primus Guaranty, Ltd. was capitalized and commenced operations in 2002. Primus Financial is our principal subsidiary and a AAA/Aaa rated seller of credit swaps. Primus Asset Management, another of our subsidiaries, manages Primus Financial's credit swap business and intends to manage the credit swap portfolios of third parties. We also have a Bermuda registered financial guaranty company, Primus Re that offers credit insurance protection to companies that prefer insurance policies to credit swaps. Primus Guaranty, Ltd., is led by its CEO, Thomas W. Jasper. As of June 30, 2007, Primus Guaranty, Ltd. had consolidated assets of approximately $1.2 billion and consolidated shareholders' equity of approximately $440 million. Primus Financial Products, LLC, a principal operating subsidiary, is rated AAA by S&P and Aaa by Moody's, the highest ratings available in each case.
