Rob Blaskowsky was appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer in August 2005. Blaskowsky is responsible for setting worldwide information technology initiatives and developing processes to support our global employee, vendor and customer base. His organization provides the development and maintenance of all business application systems used throughout the enterprise. He has responsibility for worldwide information technology infrastructure including computing services, voice, data, and video networks, local area networks, and desktop services. Blaskowsky brings to Tektronix 19 years experience in information technology management, most recently as Vice President and CIO for Merant/Serena where he was responsible for Meranta s information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Merant/Serena, he worked for Niku Corporation as Vice President and CIO, and for Tektronix, where he served as the Information Systems Director for the Color Printing and Video Networking Divisions from 1995-2000. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership in delivering world-class information technology solutions that drive effective and efficient business results. He has extensive experience in building and leading teams in a high-performance environment. Blaskowsky holds a mastera s of business administration from Santa Clara University and a bachelora s degree in business administration from the University of Washington. Tom Buzak was appointed a Tektronix Vice President in October 2004 and is also President and General Manager of Maxtek, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tektronix. In this role, Buzak has demonstrated a combination of business and technical depth. Buzak has been with Tektronix for a total of more than 16 years, during which time he has held several key leadership positions. In 1994, Buzak founded an R&D engineering firm and led that company to success as CEO. He returned to Tektronix in 2000 as Director of Business Development. Buzak holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Utah, and is credited with 52 U.S. patents.

Brad Rochon is Marketing Product Manager for Ross Video's OverDrive Production Control System. In this role, Rochon is responsible for product strategy, global marketing, and brand development. Rochon entered into the video/film business with Gastown Post and Transfer (now Rainmaker), a leading post facility located in Vancouver, BC. After several years in the post production industry, Rochon transitioned into sales, landing a position with the Measurement products group at Tektronix. After spending time with the Video Networking Group at Tektronix, Rochon accepted a sales position with Ross Video. During the past 9 years, Rochon has held positions in sales, channel management, engineering management and product management. Rochon recently received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa. He is also a graduate of the Broadcast Electronics Engineering Technology program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Rochon is a speaker at events focused on News Technology and Integrated Production Solutions. He currently resides near Iroquois, Ontario and has two children.

Armed with a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon, Chris joined The Mandala Agency as an Account Coordinator just two weeks after graduating in 1992. Since then, the native of Portland has proved himself on accounts running the gamut from insurance products to health care, from a buffet restaurant chain to the Test and Measurement division of Tektronix. Currently, Chris serves as Account Director on Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Company (formerly known as The Lancair Company), Teledyne Continental Motors, ReliOn, and Advanced Specialty Care. He handles most of the agency's Public Relations efforts, as well. Chris who gave up his care-free days of bachelorhood and run-down apartments for the joys of marriage and a brand new home, is now a new father.

Dan Knauss joined the Hepieric management team as a Vice President of Finance & Administration at the company's inception. He is responsible for finance, human resources, internal IT, legal, procurement, research and all corporate administrative functions. Dan has over 20 years experience in all phases of executive management and administration, including organizational development, budgeting, strategic decision making, procurement, and goal development at companies including Professional Data Exchange, Inc., Starplex Corporation, Tektronix, Inc., and Precision Castparts Corp.

David Brown is vice president and chief accounting officer at Plum Creek. He has held this position since February 2006. Brown began his career with Plum Creek in 1994, as director of planning and later that year became controller. Brown began his career in 1978 working for PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor and later served as tax accountant. In 1987, he joined Burlington Northern, Inc. as tax manager and from 1989 to 1994, served as tax director for Burlington Resources, Inc. Brown earned several degrees from the University of Washington including a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, a master’s degree in professional accounting, and a master’s degree in business administration. He also received a Master of Taxation degree from Golden Gate University. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Washington Accounting Development Fund and the YMCA Camping Services Board of Greater Seattle.

Dave Fitzgerald has held numerous sales management and business development positions with high technology companies during his 25 year career. His past experience includes positions at leading companies within the industrial electronics, aerospace and defense test and measurement industries, including Tektronix (NYSE: TEK), Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), and Racal (now European Aeronautic Defense & Space. Dave most recently served as VP of sales for VXI Technology. In his past prior positions, he ran national and international sales groups in both direct and indirect channel sales models. On the indirect side, Dave managed, participated and developed both Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Distributor Network Programs. Other areas of experience include, field sales management, tactical marketing, remote sales operations and training. Dave brings forth a broad base of sales process, channel, and systems integration experience. Dave is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Business and resides in Glen Ridge, NJ with his wife and 5 children.

Doug Reynolds is a Software Quality Engineer at Tektronix Inc., in Beaverton Oregon. Doug has worked for Tektronix for the past 13 years. He holds a Master of Computer Science and Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology. Doug has presented at PNSQC on four different occasions and has assisted with the Exhibits Committee, Selection Committee, and Review Committee. Previously Vice President of Sales for Quantel, a designer and manufacturer of digital image processing and manipulation products for the video, film and print industries, Green has more than 20 years of sales management experience within the global broadcast industry. Besides nine years at Quantel, his background includes executive positions at The Grass Valley Group, Tektronix, Snell & Wilcox and Radyne Comstream. He has managed worldwide sales organizations, including Mexico, and Central and South America, key green field territories for future growth of Front Porch Digital. He also has long-standing relationships with senior decision-makers within major networks, station groups and independent broadcasters throughout North America.

Ms. Norlin is a dynamic management professional offering extensive experience with managing corporate programs and remotely directing project teams. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), possessing special competency with Business Consulting Services, Customer Service, Order Management, Information Services, and Personnel Training. Her experience includes program directorships at Genuity, Inacom Corporation, Spectrum Software Services Group, and Tektronix Incorporated. Ms. Norlin's credentials include Master s certificate in Project Management, Masters degree in Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications (summa cum laude). Professional affiliations include Project Management Institute and American Management Association.

Keith's background includes consulting, sales and management positions at Tektronix, LeCroy and TEM Associates. His consulting experience with business owners gives him a unique focus on client business as related to Service Quality Management solutions. Keith has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University along with executive education at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC in Chapel Hill and Wharton University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Robert Burns took over as President of Tamer and Acting CEO in September 2005 after serving as Chief Scientific Officer for pH Sciences since March, 2003. Dr. Burns has over 30 years experience in research and product development, engineering management, operations/production and business unit management for Northwest companies such as Tektronix, John Fluke Manufacturing, Space Labs, Data I/O, and three startup companies. At Tamer and pH Sciences, he completed numerous research studies and trials on the products and processes and has directed out side toxicity, athletic performance and recovery, and oral hygiene studies. Dr. Burns works closely with Mr. Gurol on new business opportunities accelerating the new product transfer from laboratory into salable goods.

Sharon manages office operations for both Cascade Credit Services and Cascade Financial Management; she also serves as an administrative aid to the companies' management and examination teams. Sharon has an outstanding customer service and project management background: prior to joining CCS, Sharon garnered over twenty years experience in sales, technical/customer service, and operations management at Tektronix Inc. and Synopsys Inc. Sharon is an alumna of the University of Portland and Marylhurst College.

David N. Campbell has served as a Director of the Company since the consummation of the Company's Initial Public Offering. Mr. Campbell is currently a Managing Director of Innovation Advisors, an investment banking firm. Mr. Campbell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xpedior, Inc., from September 1999 through November 2000. Before that, from July 1995 to September 1999, he was President of BBN Systems & Technologies and its successor, GTE Laboratories and Technologies. Mr. Campbell also is the former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Task Group, Incorporated and the former Chairman of the Board of Dunlop Tire Corporation. Mr. Campbell also serves as a Director of Tektronix Corporation, and serves as Executive Director of Hands On Worldwide, a not-for-profit volunteer-based disaster response organization.

Mr. Ames most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MediaOne International, based in London, England, where he was responsible for developing and managing a global portfolio of sixteen broadband and wireless communication ventures. During the same period Gary also served as Chairman of Telewest, the UK's largest residential broadband company. Before joining MediaOne International in July 1995, Gary spent seven years as President and Chief Executive Officer of US West Communications, which encompasses residential and business telephone services in 14 western and Midwestern states. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Albertson, Tektronix, and iPass.

General Merrill A. McPeak served as President of McPeak and Associates, a management consulting firm, since 1995. General McPeak entered the U.S. Air Force in 1957 and served in various positions throughout his tenure. From October 1990 until October 1994, he was Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. He also served as Commander-in-Chief, Pacific Air Forces, from 1988 until 1990, Commander, Twelfth Air Force, from 1987 until 1988 and Deputy Chief of Staff, Programs and Resources, from 1985 until 1987. He serves as director of Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE: TEK) and several private companies. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from San Diego State College and a Master of Science degree in international relations from George Washington University.
