Priva Inc. a leading manufacture and distributor of branded and private label waterproof and absorbent textile products, has recently been restructured by its major share holder MIP Inc. This position has led to Fiberlinks Textiles Inc. acquiring the assets of the company as well as the out right operating rights. Fiberlinks Textiles Inc. has a rich history of over 50 years of combined experience in the textiles industry. Brothers Frank and Will Dres, founders of the company, started as importers of fabric and raw materials that were sold to manufacturers, institutional establishments and the hospitality industry throughout North America. Globalization was eminent and in full swing so the company's focus shifted to importing finished products. Passionate about the textile industry and recognizing the growing demand for these products at all levels, Fiberlinks opened its first office in Shanghai, China as a focal point in the Orient, this quickly followed by venturing into a partnership for a manufacturing plant.
