Ms. DiMaria joined Proginet in 2000 after a successful fifteen-year career with Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm. While at Grant Thornton, she oversaw the financial audit process that helped Proginet obtain a listing on the U.S. OTCBB. As Chief Financial Officer at Proginet, Ms. DiMaria has established and implemented various systems and processes to support the company's growth. Tom Bauer is Chief Technology Officer of Proginet Corporation, a position he has held since 2000. In this position, he leads Proginet's development teams, playing a key role in the company's strategic and technological direction with regard to its entire suite of security software products. Mr. Bauer has played an integral role in Proginet product development since joining the company in 1987, and was joint-architect of the company's highly successful file-transfer solution XCOM (the product line was sold to Computer Associates in 1990). He has been instrumental in the development of all major Proginet product lines, including CyberFusion and SecurPass, and most recently led the design and development of CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)TM, Proginet's integrated solution for Managed File Transfer. Prior to joining Proginet, Mr. Bauer spent several years at European American Bank (now part of Citigroup), where he was CICS Development Manager. He holds a B.B.A. from Adelphi University.
