Its three business segments include Personal Lines, Commercial Automobile, and Other. Through these divisions the company provides insurance for private passenger automobiles, primary liability and physical damage for vehicles owned by businesses, and liability insurance for directors and officers. The Company engages a network of over 28,336 agents, brokers and strategic business relationships at its headquarters in Village, OH and throughout the US.
