(AMEX: PLI) designs, manufactures, and markets temperature control products. The company makes radiators, radiator cores, heater cores, condensers, compressors, accumulators, evaporators, and heat exchange products. It focuses on the automotive and truck aftermarkets. In 2005, it changed its name from TransPro, Inc. to Proliance International, Inc. In July 2005 the company completed its merger with Modine Manufacturing Company's Aftermarket Business.
