David Hollaway. Mr. Hollaway joined the Bank in 1992 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and served as Treasurer of the Company from 1993 to 1999. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in 1998 and Executive Vice President of the Bank in 2004. Peter Fisher. Mr. Fisher was appointed General Counsel of the Company in October 2004 and also serves as General Counsel of the Bank. Mr. Fisher has served as Vice Chairman of the Bank since September 2002, when the Company acquired Paradigm Bancorporation, Inc. (“Paradigm”). Mr. Fisher had served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm from 1999 until its sale in 2002 and was President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 1999. Perry Mueller, Jr., D.D.S. Dr. Mueller was appointed a director of the Company in November 2001. Dr. Mueller, a dentist, has been in private practice in Lake Jackson, Texas for over 45 years.
