John has responsibility for North American Operations in seven Protocol Contact Centers located in the United States and Canada, as well as all off-shore global operations. John brings over 16 years of experience in the customer service and contact center industries where he has held a number of executive level positions. After earning his BA degree from the University of Colorado, John spent 7 years with Spar Marketing Services, one of the largest providers of integrated marketing and specialized retail services in the country. At Spar he served as Director, National Operations, and helped grow the company from 400 regional employees to over 4,500 employees nationwide during his tenure. John then spent three years at APAC Teleservices as their Director of Operations where he had responsibility for 27 contact centers throughout the United States totaling over $120 million in annual revenues. Prior to joining Protocol in early 2001, John served as Vice President Operations for ShopTalk Networks where he helped build this organization into one of the leaders in the design and deployment of front-end, speech-enabled technology applications including one of the largest consumer-based, mobile-commerce voice platforms in the industry with over 500,000 users.

Robert is responsible for the Database and Production Services division of Protocol. Based in two locations on the west coast and one on the east coast, his team manages the direct mail and fulfillment execution of our clients' marketing programs. He joined Protocol after nearly 15 years with Harte-Hanks Inc., a $900 million NYSE-listed worldwide direct marketing and targeted Media Company, serving in operations positions across all levels of management. Most recently there, he was a group managing director with direct responsibility for 5 physical locations with 800 employees generating nearly $80 million in annual revenue. His operations experience includes contact center, database, lettershop and fulfillment, and his vertical knowledge covers a wide spectrum from retail and financial to pharmaceutical and high tech. Robert received his BS in Business from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. He and his wife, Deena, have three children, Bradley, Hannah and Austin.
