Bruce Aydt is a REALTOR , attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. Bill moved to Harbor Springs in 1978 after 10 years as a residential then commercial loan officer with a national bank in Detroit. Since then he has been involved in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and property management in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. Bill owned and operated a successful property management firm specializing in vacation rentals and a real estate brokerage servicing northwest Michigan for 16 years prior to joining Boyne Realty as Associate Broker and Sales Manager. Debbie Joplin is a full-time associate with Prudential Bridgeport and relocated to Jackson from Camarillo, California, to spend more quality time with her grandchildren. A native of Santa Fe, she lives in Albuquerque with her husband, Richard, and her two children, Mary Pat and Rico. Ballooning runs in the Abruzzo family! The Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum is named for Nancy's father-in-law, Ben Abruzzo. Ben, with two other New Mexicans, made the first Atlantic balloon crossing in 1978 and the first Pacific crossing in 1981. Nancy's husband, Richard, is also a record-setting, world-class balloonist. A balloon pilot herself, Nancy maintains balance in her busy life by spending her relaxation time with her family ballooning, skiing and enjoying New Mexico. Whenever possible, she escapes to Spain, where she feels equally at home. Professionally, she has over thirteen years' experience as both a real estate broker and an entrepreneur. Patricia is a certified paralegal, concentrating in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Aside from her paralegal skills, Patricia brings to the office over twenty-two years of experience in office managment and procedures, having co-owned and built a national travel company. In this role he specializes in affordable housing loan programs including credit enhancement of fixed- and variable-rate tax-exempt bonds, taxable loans, forward commitments for new construction and substantial rehab, refinances, subordinate debt, bridge/interim loans and mezzanine financing. He is located in Newark, New Jersey. Prior to joining Prudential, Daniel was an Expert Consultant for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where his expertise was utilized to troubleshoot problem projects and portfolios. Daniel supervised dozens of workouts for thousands of apartments and new debt in the millions of dollars. He has also worked for the City of New York developing affordable moderate and middle-income housing, and rehabilitated housing using Low Income Housing Tax Credits as a non-profit executive.
