Mr. Barry Stowe is the Chief Executive of Prudential Corporation Asia. He is responsible for an extensive network of over 30 life insurance and fund management operations spanning 12 diverse markets. Prior to joining Prudential, Mr. Barry was President of Accident & Health Worldwide for AIG Life Companies, overseeing more than 100 operations across six continents. Mr. Barry was also pivotal in building the Accident & Health unit into one of AIG's most profitable businesses, accounting for over 30% of AIG Life Companies' total earnings by 2005. Nick Prettejohn has been an executive director of Prudential and Chief Executive, Prudential UK & Europe since January 2006. Simon joined Prudential UK when he was appointed Chief Operations Officer in November 2007. Before then, he was Chief Executive Officer at Hometrack Data Services - the housing intelligence group. Simon has a strong history in consulting, sales, venture capital, IT and operations. Before Hometrack, he spent six years at Capital One Bank as Vice President of International Operations and CIO. Nikki is Group Taxation Director for Prudential plc, a UK based multinational retail financial services group with extensive operations in Asia and the USA (under the Jackson National Life brand). Harvey McGrath has been an independent non-executive director of Prudential since 1 September 2008, and became Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee on 1 January 2009. Harvey has a long and distinguished career in the international financial services industry. He started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in London and New York.
