With more than 25 years of international experience in corporate banking and infrastructure investing, Bevans is responsible for leading the development and management of the infrastructure business in the Private Investments department. Paul Wiegand is vice president project development and contract management for Puget Sound Energy. Wiegand joined Puget Sound Energy in 1977 and has held several key management positions, including vice president of Corporate Planning, vice president of Risk Management and Strategic Planning, director of Information Technology, director of Corporate Projects, and director of Customer Service.

Alan James , age 55, is a director on the boards of both Puget Energy and PSE. Mr. James is currently the Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., which position he has held since 2005. Prior to that time, Mr. James was Managing Director and Head, Investment Banking Australia and New Zealand at Citigroup from 2002 to 2005. Alan Kadic , age 37, is a director on the boards of both Puget Energy and PSE. Mr. Kadic is currently a Senior Principal in the Infrastructure Group of the Private Investments department at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, which position he has held since 2007. Prior to joining CPP Investment Board, Mr. Kadic served as Vice President at Macquarie Bank Limited in Toronto, Canada from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Kadic is currently a director on the board of Wales and West Utilities, a United Kingdom natural gas distribution company.

Chris Leslie, senior managing director in the MacCap Funds division of the Macquarie Group and chief executive officer of Macquarie Infrastructure Partners I and II, is a member of the boards of Puget Sound Energy and Puget Energy.

Since joining Macquarie in 1994, Wong has been instrumental in leading acquisitions of various assets including AltaLink, which owns an electricity transmission network in Alberta, Canada; Michigan Electric Transmission Company; and the Sea-to-Sky Highway Improvement project for the 100 kilometer road between West Vancouver and Whistler in British Columbia, Canada. Phyllis J. Campbell is lead independent director of Puget Energy and Puget Sound Energy. She has been president and chief executive officer of The Seattle Foundation since 2003. Prior to that she was chair of the Community Board of U.S. Bank, Washington from 2001 to 2003, and was the bank's president from 1993 to 2001. Campbell has been a director of Puget Energy since its incorporation in 1999 and of Puget Sound Energy since 1993. She also serves as a director of Nordstrom, Alaska Air Group, Inc., and Joshua Green Corporation. She is on the Board of Governors of the Washington State University Foundation.

Phil Bussey is senior vice president of Corporate Affairs forWashington-based Puget Sound Energy (PSE), a subsidiary of Puget Energy (NYSE: PSD), a Fortune 1000 company. Bussey is responsible for corporate communications, major accounts, community relations, state and federal government relations, facilities and real estate at PSE. He also is the chairman and president of the Puget Sound Energy Foundation. Prior to joining PSE in 2003, Bussey served as the president of the Washington Roundtable, a statewide public policy research and advocacy group composed of 38 chief executive officers of major Washington state companies. He has also managed communications and public affairs issues for Rockwell International, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA). Bussey is a member of the executive committees of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Washington Business. He also serves as the chairman of the University of Washington's School of Business executive education advisory council. Bussey is a member of the American Gas Association's leadership council and recently completed an appointment by Governor Gregoire to serve as a member of the K-12 advisory council to her education reform effort, "Washington Learns." A graduate of Brigham Young University, Bussey is married and has three children.

Prior to joining the CPP Investment Board in 2007, Kadic held positions with Macquarie Bank Limited in Toronto, ING Barings in Amsterdam, and McCormick Rankin, a Toronto engineering consulting firm. A registered professional engineer, Kadic also serves on the board of Wales and West, a natural gas distribution company in the United Kingdom. [Hide extended bio.]

Bill McKenzie, head of infrastructure and timber investments for Alberta Investment Management Corporation, one of the largest institutional investment management firms in Canada, is a member of the boards of Puget Sound Energy and Puget Energy.

Herbert B. Simon has been a member since 1985 of Simon Johnson LLC and its predecessor company, a real estate and venture capital projects investment company located in Tacoma, Washington. He has served as a director of Puget Energy and Puget Sound Energy since March 2006. Simon also serves as a Regent of the University of Washington.
