Christina Thorman joined UIQ Technology in 2005 as a Project manager, having previously held manager positions at Telelogic, NS-group, the National Social Insurance Board and Ericsson. She started at Ericsson Telecom in 1982 in the Installation Engineering Department, spent 2 years in Brighton UK as locally employed at Thorn Ericsson Ltd, returned to Ericsson in Sweden in 1988 and continued her career in the company until 2000. Christina has extensive experience of managing large and complex software projects and was asked to take on the role as EVP Program Office at UIQ Technology in 2008.

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University, and is a Senior Lecturer in the Executive Program of the Institute for Software Research International at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science. Dr. Bernard is also a former career naval aviator who served on aircraft carriers and with shore squadrons.

Brenda Ellis is a Principle Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman Corporation Integrated Systems in Melbourne, Florida. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the system and software engineering arena, she has compiled a vast working knowledge of all lifecycle phases for both small and large-scale real-time systems. During her career, Brenda has successfully met her contractual obligations for the Department of Defense (DoD), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA).

Ron Zorn is a Software Configuration Manager for Bose Inc. with over 10 years experience in the Software Configuration Management field. Ron is the SCM Manager for the Automotive Division of Bose and leads the team responsible for the Requirements Management, Issue Tracking and S/W CM, Build and Release management of all Bose Automotive based products. Scott Basham, Tools Development Manager, Convergys, has over 27 years experience in the information technology field, including 21 years at Convergys. Scott manages several teams responsible for developing internal tools for projects and developers, one of which is Convergys's group of subject matter experts for Telelogic SYNERGY /CM. Formed in early 2004, this team has written scripts and add-ons to SYNERGY/CM, in addition to helping development teams become operational with SYNERGY/CM. Scott is a member of Telelogic's Leadership Council and has presented papers on SYNERGY/CM at the 2004 and 2005 User Group Conferences. Scott holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of South Florida.
