Dennis Lusk is the Vice President of Engineering and Research & Development. Prior to joining TOTtrak, Inc., Mr. Lusk was CTO of Florida Digital Technologies, Inc., A radio services company. He was also President of Golden Lady Engineering, Inc., a broadcasting consulting and engineering company. He has extensive knowledge and experience in engineering management, electronic engineering, broadcast engineering, and broadcast system and circuit design. He has worked with and has traveled worldwide in support of all the major television networks as an engineering supervisor. He has won four national Emmys for engineering excellence. Mr. Lusk has designed equipment for the broadcasting and other industries and has several technology patents. Mr. Lusk is a graduate of the State University of New York.

Steven Hill, PhD, P.Eng Chief Engineering Advisor of Mtech, Dr. Hill authored both TOTALtrak patent applications. He is currently the President of SH Scientific Systems Ltd., an engineering research and development company, and Director of Research for GeoSea Consulting Ltd., a geophysical and environmental engineering firm. With wide experience in research and development in goevernment, universities and private industry. Dr. Hill is an accomplished engineer/scientist with technical knowledge of many fields of endeavor. He has an extensive background in oceanography. He has published many articles in periodicals, journals, books, and papers, and holds several technology patents.

Tony Hines is the co-founder and president of TOTtrak, Inc. He has served as president or CEO of several companies and currently sits on the board of four corporations. Mr. Hines is the co-founder and vice president of Western Solid State Ltd., which has provided him with substantial experience in successfully developing and marketing new technologies. He was also the co-founder of Impact Sports, a sports medical research company. Impact Sports later became VSM/Medtech, which is now a publicly traded corporation. He was the founder of iCyberdata, an Internet case management provider for the judicial and law enforcement industry. iCyberdata's software is prominent in the Hillsborough county court systems. Mr. Hines has worked in Tampa Bay, Florida and New York as director of engineering and operations for two of the major broadcast networks. He was honored in 1996 with a National Broadcast Emmy Award for his engineering work on the Centennial Olympic Games. Mr. Hines holds many patents on leading edge technology. He is a graduate of the University Of South Florida Faculty Of Engineering.
