Michael F. Barry joined the Company in 1998. On May 13, 2009, Mr. Barry was elected as Chairman of the Board, in addition to his current position as Chief Executive Officer and President which he has held since October 2008. He first became a member of the Board in October 2008. Prior to this position, he was the Company’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director – North America, beginning January 2006. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the steel and metalworking/coatings businesses throughout North America, including two subsidiaries, AC Products, Inc. and Epmar Corporation. Mr. Barry was named Senior Vice President and Global Industry Leader – Metalworking and Coatings in July 2005 with responsibility for the Company’s global metalworking and coatings businesses through December 2005. From January 2004 through June 2005, he held the position of Vice President and Global Industry Leader – Industrial Metalworking and Coatings and from 1998 through August 2004, he held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barry joined Quaker from Lyondell (formerly Arco Chemical) where he was Business Director for its Americas urethanes business and also held various finance and line management positions. In addition to graduating from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, he earned a Master's Degree with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark A. Featherstone was elected as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective April 9, 2007. Mark A. Harris joined the Company in 1996. Mr. Harris assumed his current position in January 2006 as the Company shifted its organization from a global business unit structure to a regional business unit structure. With this change, Mr. Harris is currently responsible for the Company's global strategy in its steel and metalworking businesses, global R&D, global key account management, global marketing, and other global processes. Mr. Harris was named Senior Vice President and Global Industry Leader Steel in July 2005 with responsibility for all aspects of the Company's steel and fluid power businesses and its operations in South America through December 2005. Jan F. Nieman joined the Company in 1985 and was elected to his current position in February 2005. D. Jeffry Benoliel began his career with the Company in 1995. Mr. Benoliel assumed his current position on October 4, 2008, in addition to retaining his chief legal counsel responsibilities as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, a position he has held since 2001. Wilbert Platzer joined the Company in 1995. Frank R. Olah joined the Company in 1997. He has global responsibility for the Company’s taxes. Before joining the Company, Mr. Olah had global responsibility for the taxes of VF Corporation, a multinational apparel manufacturer, and Schlegel Corporation, a multinational manufacturer of perimeter seals. Donald R. Caldwell is founder and chairman of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. Don oversees the operations of all of Cross Atlantic's offices and focuses a significant amount of his time on the growth of the Cross Atlantic franchise through fund raising, network development, and deal flow. He works closely with several portfolio companies, including: Brainspark, Kanbay, Mobile Cohesion, and Rubicon Technology. Prior to the formation of Cross Atlantic in March 1999, he was president and chief operating officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE). (NASDAQ: CATP), a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor of Ernst & Young, LLP. Prior to joining Safeguard, Don held an executive position of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and was a partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst & Young, LLP. Don serves on several boards of publicly and privately held companies and civic organizations, including Diamond Cluster, Inc. Robert E. Chappell joined Penn Mutual as president in January 1994 and was named chief executive officer in April 1995. Mr. Chappell became chairman in January 1997.
