Dr. Paul E. Jacobs is chief executive officer of Qualcomm Incorporated and is also a member of the Company's board of directors. Dr. Jacobs has been the primary driver of Qualcomm's focus on enabling wireless data services, which make the cellphone a tool not only for voice communications, but also the most personal device for entertainment, computing and information access. Following completion of his Ph.D. in 1989 and a year as a post-doctoral researcher at a French government lab in Toulouse, Dr. Jacobs joined the company fulltime in 1990 as a development engineer leading the cellphone digital signal processor software team. His early work focused on the initial variable-rate 8 kbps speech codec for CDMA . Following this effort, Dr. Jacobs spearheaded the wireline-quality 13 kbps speech codec effort, which became CDMA's initial differentiating consumer feature. The core engineering team involved in this effort would later be integral to the development of Qualcomm's Launchpad™ suite of functions and capabilities that ship as software with every Qualcomm chipset. As an innovative leader of a broad range of technical teams within Qualcomm, Dr. Jacobs has also been granted more than 25 patents for his inventions in the area of wireless technology. In 1995, he became vice president and general manager of the combined handset and integrated circuit division, which was subsequently divided into Qualcomm Consumer Products (QCP) and Qualcomm CDMA Technologies, respectively. He was named senior vice president of the Company in 1996 and president of QCP in 1997; he was named executive vice president of Qualcomm in 2000 and group president of Qualcomm Wireless & Internet (QWI) in 2001. QCP developed and manufactured the wireless industry's first CDMA digital handsets, supporting the rapid global deployment of cdmaOne in the 1990s. Under Dr. Jacobs, that business became the No. 2 CDMA handset supplier in the U.S. prior to its sale to Kyocera Wireless in 2000, with revenues of more than $1.4 billion in Qualcomm's Fiscal 1999. At QCP, Dr. Jacobs gained extensive operational experience, helped launch numerous CDMA systems and cultivated important executive relationships at top network operators and manufacturers globally. Other, important developments which began under Dr. Jacobs in QCP include the first Palm OS®-based smartphone. He started Qualcomm's initiative to include global positioning system capabilities in cellphones (which led to the acquisition of SnapTrack™ and Qualcomm's development of gpsOne™ position-location technology) and drove the development of a uniform set of application programming interfaces to simplify the process of putting software on handsets. Dr. Jacobs expanded this latter idea into the overall concept for the BREW® system, which included dynamic downloading of applications to cellphones with checks for digital signatures on the applications to ensure the integrity of the content, and the business ecosystem that enables BREW developers to engage operators globally and receive payment for their applications. The BREW solution is now deployed broadly by wireless network operators around the world.

Mr. Lauer has served as Executive Vice President and Group President of Qualcomm, Inc., San Diego, California since December 2006. Mr. Lauer previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Nextel Corp. from August 2005, in which capacity he directed the Overland Park, Kansas-based company's operations to deliver converged media and communications products and services to consumers. Prior to the merger of Sprint and Nextel in August 2005, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corp. from September 2003. A Sprint executive since 1998, Mr. Lauer had also been President of several Sprint units, including Sprint PCS, the Global Markets Division, Sprint Business, and the Consumer Services Group. Before joining Sprint, he served three years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic in New Jersey. Mr. Lauer received a Bachelor of Science degree in managerial economics from the University of California - San Diego. Mr. Lauer is Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee.

Steven R. Altman is president of Qualcomm Incorporated. Most recently, Altman has been executive vice president of Qualcomm and president of Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL). QTL, under Altman, has grown to $1.33 billion in revenues in Qualcomm's Fiscal 2004. He has been a member of Qualcomm's executive committee since 1992. Altman joined Qualcomm in 1989 and is the chief architect of the Company's strategy for leveraging its broad intellectual property portfolio into a value chain, which has accelerated the growth of CDMA technology. In this role, he has been responsible for structuring and negotiating Qualcomm's license agreements, joint ventures and strategic relationships. Under Altman's leadership, the Company has entered into more than 130 domestic and international licensing agreements with many of the world's largest telecommunications and electronics companies, including Alcatel, Ericsson, Huawei, Hyundai, LG, Lucent, Matsushita, Mitsubishi, Motorola, NEC, Nokia, Nortel, Samsung, Siemens and Sony. Altman has played a pivotal role in driving Qualcomm's business strategies as a member of the Company's executive committee. He negotiated Qualcomm's agreement with South Korea's Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in 1993 that established CDMA as the basis for South Korea's single nationwide wireless technology standard, which in turn enabled South Korea to build a major wireless products export economy based on CDMA devices and infrastructure. In 1994, he drove the joint venture and marketing agreement between Sony and Qualcomm, resulting in the creation of Qualcomm Consumer Products, and subsequently the introduction of the first CDMA digital handsets. In 1999, he negotiated the agreement with Ericsson, which ended litigation between the two companies and resulted in Ericsson's licensing of essential CDMA patents from Qualcomm and its purchase of Qualcomm's infrastructure business. Also in 1999, he oversaw the negotiation of the sale of Qualcomm's handset business to Kyocera Wireless as well as the Framework Agreement with China Unicom in 2000, which established the basis for licensing Qualcomm intellectual property to Chinese manufacturers. Also in 2000, he led Qualcomm's $1 billion acquisition of SnapTrack™, which resulted in accelerated commercialization of advanced GPS services in wireless handsets, and was a cornerstone in Qualcomm's Launchpad™ strategy.

Dr. Roberto Padovani is executive vice president and chief technology officer for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of Qualcomm's overall research and development efforts. Dr. Padovani joined Qualcomm Incorporated in 1986, after two years at M/A-COM Linkabit where he was involved in the design and development of satellite communications systems, secure video systems and error-correcting coding equipment. Over the past 20 years at QUAlCOMM, Dr. Padovani has been involved in the research and development of digital communication systems with particular emphasis on Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA ) wireless technology systems. He was involved in the initial design, development and standardization of IS-95 CDMA systems. His research and inventions in this field have led to the worldwide standardization and commercialization of CDMA technology for second- and third-generation cellular systems. More recently, he has led the design and development of CDMA2000 1xEV-DO, an IP-based, high-speed wide-area wireless data technology, which has led to the deployment of multiple broadband wireless networks and services across the globe. Dr. Padovani holds more than 60 patents on wireless systems. He has published numerous technical papers in the digital communications field and was the co-recipient of the 1991 IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Best Paper Award for a fundamental paper on the capacity of CDMA cellular systems. In addition, Dr. Padovani has received the Innovators in Telecommunications, 2004 award from the San Diego Telecom Council; election to the National Academy of Engineering, 2006; and the Executive of the Year, 2006 from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Padovani received a laureate degree from the University of Padova, Italy and master of science and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, all in electrical and computer engineering. He is an IEEE Fellow and an Adjunct Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of California, San Diego.

William E. Keitel serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Qualcomm Incorporated. Keitel was appointed chief financial officer in 2002. He joined the Company in 1996 and has worked in senior management roles within corporate finance, serving as senior vice president and corporate controller from 1998 to 2002. From 1983 until 1996, Keitel served in various senior finance roles for Nortel, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Prior to Nortel, he was with PepsiCo. Keitel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University.

Mr. Sullivan is a senior financial executive with 25 years of industry experience. After graduating from San Diego State University in 1980, in January 1981 Mr. Sullivan became an Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick in Costa Mesa, California where he became a manager in 1985 and left in September 1986. From September 1986 through November 1987, Mr. Sullivan was Controller for Security Etch International, Inc. in Irvine, California, a manufacturer of automobile security devices. From November 1987 until October 1988, Mr. Sullivan was a Manager at Wurth and Company in Orange, California, a certified public accounting firm. From October 1988 through February 1993, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trillium Management, Inc., in Los Angeles, California, a $75 million trailer manufacturer and truck/trailer leasing company, which was acquired by Oshkosh Truck Corporation in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, a $60 million freight trailer manufacturer, where Mr. Sullivan remained as Chief Financial Officer. From February 1993 through February 1994, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Financial Officer for Bitec Southeast, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, and industrial and medical gases and welding equipment distributor. From February 1994 until November 1995, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Financial Officer for Quality Products, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, a holding company with industrial machinery manufacturing, steel service and consumer products operations. From November 1995 through November 1997, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Financial Officer for Stacey's Buffet, Inc. in Largo, Florida, a public buffet restaurant chain. From November 1997 through October 2003, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Financial Officer for Selective HR Solutions, Inc., a professional employer organization. From November 2003 to November 2004, Mr. Sullivan was employed by Skylynx Communications, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida as Chief Financial Officer, a start-up public wireless communications company. Mr. Sullivan became CFO and a director of the Company on December 2004. He was reelected as a director in March, 2006 and his term expires March, 2007, or when his replacement is duly elected and qualified. He was reappointed as CFO in March 2006 and his term expires March 2007, and is currently employed on a month to month basis. Mr. Sullivan is a part-time employee of the Company.

Derek Aberle serves as executive vice president and president of Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL). He is responsible for overseeing all activities pertaining to Qualcomm's technology and intellectual property (IP) licensing business, including negotiating and administering the Company's IP license agreements. QTL is responsible for, among other things, licensing Qualcomm's patents to companies worldwide for the design, manufacture and sale of products using its patented technologies. Aberle is also a member of Qualcomm's Executive Committee. In 2000, Aberle joined QTL after supporting Qualcomm as outside counsel for several years. He has played a key role in negotiating and finalizing important new agreements with many of our leading licensees, including Ericsson/Sony Ericsson, LGE, Motorola, Nokia and Nortel. Aberle served as senior vice president and general manager of QTL prior to his current role. Aberle holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a law degree from the University of San Diego.

Donald J. Rosenberg is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Qualcomm Incorporated. Rosenberg reports directly to CEO Paul Jacobs and is a member of the company's executive committee. In his role as chief legal officer, Rosenberg is responsible for overseeing Qualcomm's worldwide legal affairs including litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. Qualcomm's government affairs organization also reports to Rosenberg. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Rosenberg served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Apple Inc.. Prior to that he was employed by IBM Corporation for over 30 years where he held numerous positions including senior vice president and general counsel, vice president and assistant general counsel for litigation and counsel to IBM's mainframe division. Rosenberg has had extensive experience in law department management, litigation, securities, intellectual property and competition issues. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at New York's Pace University School of Law, where he taught courses in intellectual property and antitrust law. Rosenberg received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his juris doctor from St. John's University School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review.

Peggy Johnson serves as executive vice president of the Americas and India. Johnson is responsible for global development including working with partners to drive the adoption of 3G wireless broadband in the Americas and India. Johnson also serves as a member of Qualcomm's executive committee. Johnson previously served as president of Qualcomm Internet Services (QIS) and MediaFLO Technologies. Johnson was integral in establishing the foundation for QIS and leading the development of next-generation wireless technology. Under Johnson's leadership, QIS was successful at developing the BREW® solution, a family of offerings that includes uiOne, deliveryOne, QPoint and BREW Signature Solutions as well as the QChat® push-to-talk solution. Johnson began her career at Qualcomm in 1989 as a software engineer within Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions (QWBS). She held several positions within QWBS, including director of business development, where she was responsible for adding network management centers for the OmniTRACS system in Malaysia, Korea, Japan and Mexico. She also served as vice president of technology, where she led the customer software group. She joined Qualcomm Consumer Products in 1997 as vice president of business development and was appointed vice president of sales shortly thereafter. Johnson was named senior vice president of sales for QCP in April 2000 and took on the additional responsibilities of marketing for Kyocera Wireless in a transitional role after the sale of QCP to Kyocera. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Johnson worked as an engineer for General Electric's Military Electronics Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.

William Bold serves as senior vice president of government affairs for QUALCOMM Incorporated. In this capacity, Bold manages QUALCOMM's public policy agenda and its relationships with government entities and related organizations at the international, federal, state and local levels. He manages a global group covering consultants in the United States, Brazil, China, Belgium, India, France, Korea and South Africa. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Bold worked as director of public policy for the California Health Care Institute, a trade association representing California's biomedical industry and certain multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He developed the Institute's public advocacy program and was responsible for the industry's relations with federal and state public officials. Prior to that, he served as legislative director to Congresswoman Lynn Schenk (D-CA), and managed Congresswoman Schenk's legislative agenda. Bold serves on the Board of Directors of the San Pasqual Academy Foundation, the Advisory Board of the University of California San Diego's School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, and Information Technology Industry Council. He is the former President of the Board of Directors of Voices for Children, a San Diego organization that supports foster children. In 2001, he was named to the "Power List" of San Diego technology leaders by the T-Sector magazine. Bold graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 with a bachelor of arts degree in political economies of industrial societies.

Greg Rose is VP Technology for Qualcomm Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of wireless and security devices. Greg has deep technical knowledge in the areas of wireless technology, security and computer operating systems, particularly UNIX. He sits on the Telecommunications Industry Associations (U.S. based) subcommittee, TR45, responsible for cryptographic authentication and security for cellular and personal communications including the new 3G system. Greg has published extensively in his areas of expertise. Greg assists as a technical expert as well as providing access to an extensive engineering network in the U.S. and Australia. He currently sits on the Board of DSpace Pty Ltd an Adelaide-based portfolio company.

John Batey is senior vice president and president of Qualcomm MEMS Technologies, Inc. (QMT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qualcomm. QMT is commercializing mirasol™ display technology, an industry-transforming technology that combines thin film optics with MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) to create ultra-low power displays that are viewable in virtually any environment. QMT's products support Qualcomm's overall strategy of rapidly increasing the capability of mobile devices while driving down cost, size and power consumption. QMT is headquartered in San Diego, CA, with a MEMS Research and Innovation Center in San Jose, CA and operations in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Batey joined Qualcomm with the acquisition of Iridigm Display Corporation in 2004, where he was chief operating officer and acting chief executive officer. As one of the early-stage Iridigm employees, he helped to secure the first venture capital funding and led the early engineering efforts before focusing on the business side of the company. Following the acquisition, Batey served as assistant general manager of QMT until 2006 when he received his current appointment. Batey began his professional career in 1983 as a research staff member at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center working on the physics of insulating films. In 1987 he accepted a position in IBM's newly-formed flat panel display development group. In this role, he led IBM's display process team in transferring technology from research and development into high volume production in Japan at DTI, a joint venture with Toshiba, and also helped lead the team that developed the display module for IBM's first notebook computer. He was involved in the initial volume and yield ramp of DTI's 1st generation LCD production facility, in the scale-up to 2nd generation manufacturing technology and in the early stages of the 3rd generation facility. During his tenure at IBM, Batey authored numerous publications, was awarded several patents and received a number of awards, including an Outstanding Innovation Award and an Outstanding Technical Achievement Award. In 1995, Batey left IBM to join Xerox Corporation and worked with the management team in the Electronics and Imaging Laboratory at Xerox PARC to spin-out an independent company, dpiX Incorporated. At dpiX Batey was a corporate officer and held several positions, including vice president of operations and senior vice president of engineering, and helped lead the commercialization of large area, solid-state X-ray imaging devices from laboratory-scale demos through medical product qualification and into volume production. He left dpiX to join Iridigm in 2001. Batey holds a Ph.D. in applied physics from the University of Durham, UK.

Jonas Neihardt is Vice President for Federal Government Affairs for QUALCOMM, Incorporated. In this capacity, Mr. Neihardt manages QUALCOMM's public policy agenda and its relationship with the Federal Executive Branch and the U.S. Congress. QUALCOMM Incorporated is a leading edge wireless communications company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced communications systems, technologies, and products. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Mr. Neihardt was Director of Congressional Affairs at the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association in Washington, D.C., a trade association representing operators of wireless telecommunications systems worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Neihardt served at the White House Office of Management and Budget as the program examiner for the federal telecommunications agencies. In this capacity Mr. Neihardt provided budgetary and policy oversight for the federal telecommunications agencies during the Bush and Clinton administrations (1989-1996). Mr. Neihardt holds a B.A. and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from the George Washington University.

Thomas J. Erickson is President and Chairman of the Board of the CDMA Certification Forum and co-chair of the CTIA Certification Program CDMA Working Group, which defines technical certification requirements for CDMA devices for the U.S. market. Mr. Erickson is also Vice President of Product Development in the Engineering Services Group at QUALCOMM where his efforts focus primarily on transferring CDMA technology to help the industry bring innovative products to market. Mr. Erickson has more than 20 years experience developing and implementing test solutions for products ranging from CDMA handsets to cryogenic launch vehicles. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Bill Davidson is senior vice president of global marketing and investor relations for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, Davidson provides leadership for Qualcomm's marketing and public relations efforts worldwide and is the primary liaison with the investment community and Qualcomm shareholders. Previously, Davidson served as vice president of carrier relations for Qualcomm Internet Services (QIS). He worked closely with wireless service providers throughout the world to establish business opportunities based on Qualcomm's wireless data technology and service offerings. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2002, Davidson served as senior vice president of corporate affairs and carrier relations at Aether Systems, where he acted as a liaison between the company and wireless carriers, negotiated network carrier contracts and formed joint marketing agreements. While with Aether Systems, Davidson worked closely with financial and industry analysts, and was the principal company spokesperson for investor conferences and analyst briefings. Davidson has more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, marketing and general management roles in the telecommunications industry. He spent 13 years at Bell Atlantic that included substantial experience within the wireline business at New Jersey Bell, as well as serving subsequently as vice president of wireless data sales and marketing for Bell Atlantic Mobile. Davidson's experience also included serving as vice president of commercial sales operations for GE Capital's telecommunications financial services division. He has served as secretary of the board of the Wireless Data Forum and as a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the Wireless Internet Caucus within the Cellular Telephone Industry Association. In addition to being regularly quoted as an expert in industry publications, Davidson has appeared on CNBC's “The Edge” and “The Weekly Business Report” for PBS. Davidson also has been a guest speaker at Boston University, Harvard University and The Wharton School of Business.

Octavio Martinez is a Test Engineering Director for QUALCOMM's CDMA Technologies Division. Octavio Martinez has been involved with ATE testing for over 15 years. He has experience in testing digital, analog, mixed signal and RF circuits. Octavio Joined QUALCOMM as a test engineer working on the first MSM (Mobile Station Modem) that included analog and digital circuits. In his latest role, Octavio Martinez is in charge of test development for SiP (System in Package) devices that include high speed digital, mixed signal, power management and RF functionality. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Octavio Martinez worked for Brooktree Corporation as a mixed signal test engineer. Octavio holds a B.S.E.E. and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Prashant Kantak serves as Senior Director of Business Development for QUALCOMM Incorporated and founded QUALCOMM Ventures in 2000. As Senior Director, he oversees QUALCOMM's strategic venture capital fund, with operations in North America and Asia including South Korea and China. Mr. Kantak has over 15 years of business and technical experience in the field of telecommunications.

Durnil, Dave - Engineering lead/ISV manager at QUALCOMM gaming group, QUALCOMM Dave Durnil has 13 years of experience which includes seven years in the wireless industry. He is the engineering lead/ISV manager for the QUALCOMM gaming group. Durnil leads engineering efforts focusing on 3D gaming and graphics applications research for QUALCOMM's next generation hardware. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of 3D graphics development for wireless devices, mobile software/hardware technologies, and handheld graphics technical marketing. He also has in-depth experience working with ODMs, OEMS, Operators and wireless content developers including the launching, promoting and sustaining of wireless content in a global market. Before joining QUALCOMM he was a lead engineer on several NASA space programs developing real-time 3D simulations including the Mars '98 Orbiter and '01 Lander. Durnil is the co-author of OpenGL ES Game Development, and a regular speaker at several mobile gaming and graphics industry events.

Joshua serves as Manager of QUALCOMM's information technology security group. In this role, Joshua manages aspects of information security for all of the company's diverse business units. He also participates in architecture of other key information solutions for employees and customers including remote access services (RAS), networking, identity management, and computing infrastructure. Prior to managing information security, Joshua served as manager of QUALCOMM's IT engineering support group and a systems administrator at the University of Southern California. Joshua is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Paul Hampton, a Staff Product Manager at QUALCOMM, serves as Chairman of the CCF Technical Working Group. In this role, he leads the group through the development and publishing of current and future test plans. He is past Chairman of the CCF Certification Working Group. Prior to joining QUALCOMM's product management team, Mr. Hampton led strategic product development at BVRP Software and directed quality management at GTRAN Wireless, QWEST Wireless and US WEST NewVector Group, developing industry benchmarked processes used throughout the product lifecycle of cellular terminals.

Al is currently working on his thesis and is set to graduate in 2008 with his seventh college/university degree, an advanced law degree in Intellectual Property (LL.M. IP) from the University of Santa Clara. His other degrees include an AS in Mathematics, a BS in Psychology, a BS in Accounting, a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters degree in Computer Science, and a Law degree. Professionally, Al is a Senior Intellectual Property Attorney for startup company Bridgelux, Inc. in Silicon Valley. He has over fifteen years of engineering experience as well and has taught computer science classes, including web design.

For the past 10 years, Hilda Ransom has been employed at QUALCOMM and currently work with the Campus Recruiting team. The team focuses on intern and new grad recruiting for students from around the world majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. She has been the GEM representative for QUALCOMM since 2001 and also serve as an Industry Advisory Board Member with the Center for Engineering Diversity at the University of Southern California and University of California Los Angeles.

Mike is a seasoned programmer who brings BookingCenter more than eighteen years of experience as a database and software developer for clients including Nortel Networks, Qualcomm, Natural Resources Canada, and Bombardier Transportation. As a systems expert, Mike is helping to improve BookingCenter's Central Reservations Service and is responsible for enhancing the Management Tool and web-based services. He lives with his wife in Fitzroy Harbour, Canada on the Ontario side of the Ottawa River and is a Riverwatcher for the Ottawa RiverKeeper (www.ottawariverkeeper.ca/). Rebecca has recently relocated to Boulder from Champaign, Illinois, where she completed her B.S.Ed and M.Ed in Early Childhood Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. While in Illinois, she taught Early Childhood Special Education/At Risk Pre-Kindergarten for the county in a multiage classroom. Most recently, she was a head teacher at the Early Child Development Lab at the University of Illinois. There she worked with children ages 2 to 3.5 and mentored practicum and work study students. Rebecca is married to David Scherba, a software engineer at Qualcomm in Boulder. They also have a wonderful black and white cat named Homer, who moved with them from Illinois. Rebecca enjoys working with young children and is looking forward to building the early childhood curriculum at BJDS. She is excited to be able to integrate Hebrew and Judaica into her classroom. She believes that the most important aspect of being a preschool teacher is building strong bonds with children and families, which enables her to meet the varied developmental needs of children in the preschool years. Rebecca was trained in the Project Approach, which is an emergent curriculum approach which helps teachers structure investigations and experiences which follow the lead of children and their interests. The Project Approach has roots in the Reggio Emilia Schools of Italy. Rebecca enjoys using this method to expose children to multifaceted explorations across developmental domains and curricular areas. Through this approach, children are exposed to early literacy, science, math concepts and experiences in the arts, as well as developing an awareness and understanding of the world and people around them.

Since joining Conrad O'Brien in 1990, Bob continually has represented IBM Corporation in cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and, more recently, in New York. His cases for IBM have involved, among other areas, contract disputes with vendors and customers, employment claims by former employees, and environmental claims. For example, he successfully represented IBM in a case brought by a potential subcontractor under a contract between IBM and the Department of Defense. Trianco, LLC v. IBM Corp., 466 F. Supp. 2d 600 (E.D. Pa. 2006), aff'd in relevant part, 2008 WL 876355 (3d Cir. 2008). Bob also represents the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies in numerous cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Many of those cases involve class action claims raising significant issues under various "no fault" reimbursement programs. As an example, he took the lead on behalf of a group of insurer defendants in a New York case involving reimbursements for multiple MRI's conducted at a single session. The trial court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment and the matter is now on appeal, where Bob will again take the lead on behalf of all defendants. Brentwood Pain & Rehab. Serv., P.C. v. Allstate Ins. Co., 508 F. Supp. 2d 278 (S.D.N.Y. 2007). Bob currently is one of the senior counsel for Qualcomm Inc. in antitrust litigation pending in the District of New Jersey brought by Broadcom Corporation. Broadcom Corp. v. Qualcomm, Inc., No. 05-3350 (D.N.J.). He currently is lead counsel, along with firm chairman Jim Rohn, for two current and two former senior officers of Merck & Co., Inc. in shareholder derivative litigation arising from Merck's marketing of the drug Vioxx. Fagin v. Scolnick, docket L-3406-07 (N.J. Super. Ct.).

Vijayakumar Tawker ('94) currently works as a senior S/w Engineer in the Qualcomm CDMA Technologies division for Qualcomm, Inc., which is a leader in developing and delivering innovative digital wireless communications products and services based on the Company's CDMA digital technology & is based in San Diego, CA. Prior to this, Vijay has worked in a similar position with Sundram Telematics Ltd., Chennai (consulting in wireless Communication s/w development for Lucent, Nuremberg, Germany). He has taken several courses in CSD all through his BITSIAN years. Vijay resides in San Diego, CA with his wife Vijayalakshmi & son, Arvind. Vijay holds a Master's degree in Electronics & Control Systems Engineering from BITS (1995). Vijay has a special interest for Financial Planning & Sustainable Development. Neetu Khilnani ('87) Graduated BITS with a MMS degree in 1991. Started web services firm NetResult Co. in Mumbai. Moved to the US to join Razorfish in Los Angeles as a Digital Strategy Consultant. MBA from Paul Merage school of business (UC Irvine). Big four experience includes KPMG and currently Deloitte.Hobbies are scuba diving and hiking. Affiliated with TiE, ISACA, OAUG (Oracle Applications User Group).Neetu was the founder of Southern California chapter along with Vijay Tawker. She currently acts as the overall coordinator. Karthick Chinnaswami ('90) is a Senior Staff Engineer/Manager at Qualcomm Inc where he works on embedded software for mobile chipsets. Karthick holds an MS in Computer Science from Clemson University (1997) and M.Sc.(Tech.) Information Systems from BITS (1994). His wife Sangeetha ('91) is also a BITSian who holds an MS in Food Science from Penn State University (2000) and M.Sc.(Hons.) Biological Sciences and B.E.(Hons.) Chemical Engg. (1996) from BITS. Karthick, Sangeetha and their daughter Kavya live in America's Finest City - San Diego, CA. He was one of the founder members of the Southern California chapter and currently takes care of event coordination activities. Raj Narayan ('93) heads Business Development in IT for CSM Software. Raj is also a Professional Actor & Writer for Film, Theater and TV in Hollywood (www.roger-narayan.com). Raj holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering ('00) from the University of Maryland at College Park, a BE in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and studied Acting at the renowned American conservatory Theater (A.C.T) in San Francisco. Raj is a Brown Belt in Tae Kwon Do. His interests include Weight Training, Travel, Screenwriting and Ayurveda. At BITS, Raj was a Volunteer with NSS - teaching Family Health and Environmental issues at Jherli Village, fundraising for UNICEF and at the Red Cross Blood Donation Drive. Raj lives in Los Angeles. Raj takes care of Sponsorship, P.R and Media Coverage for the Southern California chapter. Deepanjan Mitra ('93) graduated from BITS with a Dual in Economics in Mechanical Engineering in 1998. He received an MS degree from Northwestern University in 2000 and is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has been with the BITSAA SoCal chapter since its inception in 2003. He is married and resides in Irvine. Deepanjan was one of the founding members of the Southern California chapter and takes care of the email list, membership database and P.R activities. Sundararajan Sowrirajan ('94), Sundi graduated with a M.Sc (Tech) in Science and Technology Development from BITS. He was a core member of the BITS Track and Field team and was involved with several extra-curricular organizations like RAF,PEP. He got his Masters in CS from UC Irvine and is currently employed with Qualcomm in San Diego. His interests include outdoor activities like volleyball, hiking, travelling. He was a founding member of the Southern California chapter anc currently takes care of event coordination and finance.

Barbara T. Alexander became a Director of the company in August 2006. A former senior advisor at UBS Securities and managing director at Dillon Reed & Co., Ms. Alexander's career spans more than 30 years in finance. Her distinguished career includes numerous international investment companies and philanthropic organizations. In 1987, Salomon Brothers Inc. appointed Ms. Alexander the first female managing director in the company's history. She was previously among the top investment bankers at Dillon Reed & Co. Inc., serving clients throughout North America, Australia and the United Kingdom. Alexander held additional senior executive and advisor positions with Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Inc., Wachovia Bank & Trust Company N.A. and UBS Securities. She currently serves on the boards of Harrah's Entertainment, Centex Corporation and Freddie Mac. In addition to her corporate activities, Ms. Alexander is an executive fellow at the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University, has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity International and Covenant House, and currently serves on the board of HomeAid America. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in theoretical mathematics.

General Brent Scowcroft is President of The Scowcroft Group, an international consulting firm. He served as the National Security Advisor to President Gerald Ford from 1974-76 and as National Security Advisor to President George Bush Sr. from 1989-93. From 1982 to 1989, he was Vice Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., an international consulting firm. General Scowcroft has also served on the President's Advisory Committee on Arms Control, the Commission on Strategic Forces and the President's Special Review Board, also known as the Tower Board. Prior to his government service General Scowcroft had a distinguished 29 year career in the Air Force, beginning with his graduation from West Point and concluding at the rank of Lieutenant General. General Scowcroft received his Masters degree and Doctorate in International Relations from Columbia University.

Sir Donald Gordon Cruickshank has served as a Director of the Company since June 2005. He was Chairman of Clinovia Group Ltd. from 2004 to 2006 and Formscape Group Ltd. from 2003 to 2006 and has been a member of the Financial Reporting Council, the body responsible in the U.K. for oversight of the Accountancy and Actuarial professions and for corporate governance standards, since 2002. Sir Donald has extensive experience in a number of areas, including European regulation and telecommunications. His career has included assignments at McKinsey & Co. Inc., Times Newspapers, Virgin Group plc., Wandsworth Health Authority and the National Health Service in Scotland. Sir Donald served as Chairman of the London Stock Exchange plc. from 2000 to 2003 and as Director General of the U.K.'s Office of Telecommunications (Oftel) from 1993 to 1998. From 1997 to 2000 he served as Chairman of Action 2000, the U.K.'s Millennium Bug campaign. In 1998, Chancellor Gordon Brown appointed him as Chairman of the Government's Review of the U.K. banking sector and from 1999 to 2004, he served as Chairman of SMG plc. one of Scotland's leading broadcasters. Sir Donald is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has received M.A. and L.L.D. degrees from the University of Aberdeen, and a M.B.A. degree from Manchester Business School.

Raymond V. Dittamore has served as a Director of the Company since December 2002. Mr. Dittamore is a retired audit partner of Ernst & Young LLP, an international accounting firm. Mr. Dittamore retired in 2001 after 35 years of service with that firm, including 14 years as the managing partner of the firms San Diego office. Mr. Dittamore is also a director of Invitrogen Corporation, Gen-Probe Incorporated, and Digirad Corporation. Mr. Dittamore received a B.S. degree from San Diego State University.

Stephen M. Bennett Private Investor and Consultant Director since 2004 Mr. Bennett has been a member of the Board of Directors of Intuit, Inc. since January 2000 and served as Intuit's President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2000 through December 2007. Prior to joining Intuit, a financial management software company, Mr. Bennett spent 23 years with General Electric Corporation. From December 1999 to January 2000, Mr. Bennett was an Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of GE Capital, the financial services subsidiary of General Electric Corporation. From July 1999 to November 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital e-Business, and he was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Vendor Financial Services from April 1996 to June 1999. He also serves on the board of Qualcomm Incorporated.
