Quality Distribution Inc.

Gerald L. Detter has been employed as Chief Executive Officer of QDI since June 5, 2005. Mr. Detter is also a director of QDI and serves as Chairman of the Board. On November 9, 2005, Mr. Detter relinquished his title of President of QDI to Mr. Enzor as part of a Board-approved succession plan. Prior to his employment by QDI, Mr. Detter served as Senior Vice President of Conway Incorporated and President and Chief Executive Officer of Con-Way Transportation Services, Inc, a trucking subsidiary of Conway Incorporated from 1997 until his retirement in December 2004.

Steve Attwood joined QDI in July 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Attwood also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quality Distribution, LLC. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Attwood served as the Corporate Controller for Swift Transportation Company from 2002-2007. Mr. Attwood was the Director of Shared Services for Dell Computer from 1998-2002 and held senior management positions with AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) from 1981-1994.

Dennis R. Copeland serves as QDI’s Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He joined QDI in 1998 in connection with the acquisition of CLC, at which time he assumed the position of Vice President Labor Relations and Human Resources. From October 1988 until he joined QDI, Mr. Copeland served as Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for CLC. Prior to that time, he held various management positions with Lukens Steel Company.

Gary R. Enzor has served as President of QDI since November 9, 2005. Mr. Enzor currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of QDI. Mr. Enzor joined QDI in December 2004 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Enzor also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quality Distribution, LLC. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Enzor served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation Company, Inc. since August 2002. Prior to Swift, he served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Systems. Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Enzor worked for Dell Computer from 1999 to 2001 in finance and as the General Manager of Dell's Higher Education business and from 1984 to 1999 at AlliedSignal in increasingly responsible information technology roles, and multiple business chief financial officer and business development positions. Mr. Enzor currently serves on the board of Keystone Montessori School.

Jonathan C. Gold has served as QDI's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 1, 2007. Mr. Gold joined QDI in January 2005 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to his employment with the Company, Mr. Gold served as corporate counsel with CSX Transportation, Inc. and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary with Softmart, Inc. In addition, Mr. Gold was in private practice in Washington, D.C. and served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, Senior U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Gold retired from the U.S. Army Reserve in 2007 after more than 20 years of active and reserve military service and is a decorated veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Lorrel Margelowsky joined QDI in June 2000 and serves as QDI’s Vice President of Business Analysis after serving as Vice President of Internal Audit for nearly nine years. Prior to joining QDI, she served as Regional Director with the National Exchange Carrier Association in Omaha, NE. Ms. Margelowsky also spent 10 years with GTE holding various accounting and auditing positions. Prior to GTE, Ms. Margelowsky served as a CPA with various public accounting firms.

Mike Bauer joined QDI in January of 2005 as Regional Vice President of the Midwest for Quality Carriers. In September of 2005, Mr. Bauer was named President of QualaSystems, Inc. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Bauer was Vice President of Sales for the Central Region for Consolidated Freightways. Mr. Bauer held numerous executive positions in his 18 year career with Consolidated Freightways, Inc.

Robin Cohan joined QDI in July 2005 and currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining QDI, Ms. Cohan was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tropical Sportswear Int’l Corporation from 2000 to 2005, and was the Assistant Corporate Controller for Danka Business Systems PLC from 1992 – 1999. Ms. Cohan also spent five years as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Cohan holds an MBA and is also a CPA.

M. Ali Rashid, 31, became a director of Noranda HoldCo and of Noranda AcquisitionCo on May 18, 2007. Mr. Rashid is a partner of Apollo. He has been employed by Apollo since 2000. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Rashid was employed by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in the Financial Institutions Group of its Investment Banking Division. He is a director of Quality Distribution, Metals USA and Realogy Corporation. Mr. Rashid received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated magna cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from Georgetown University with a BS in Business Administration.

Donald C. Orris (65) has been a director of QDI since 1999. Since May 1999, Mr. Orris has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacer International, Inc. From Pacer Logistics s inception in March 1997 until May 1999 he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacer Logistics.

Eric L. Press has been a director of Affinion since October 17, 2005. Mr. Press is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P. He has been employed with Apollo Management, L.P. since 1998 and has served as an officer of certain affiliates of Apollo Management, L.P. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Press was associated with the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz specializing in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and related financing transactions. Mr. Press serves on several boards of directors, including Metals USA, Inc., Noranda Aluminum, Inc., Oceania Cruise Holdings, Inc. and Quality Distribution, Inc. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. Press was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.

John J. Suydam: Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Apollo Investment Corporation (the “Corporation”). Mr. Suydam joined the Corporation in 2006. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Suydam was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers, where he served as head of Mergers & Acquisitions and co-head of the Corporate Department. Prior to that, Mr. Suydam served as Chairman of the law firm O’Sullivan, LLP, which specialized in representing private equity investors. Mr. Suydam serves on the boards of directors of the Big Apple Circus and Quality Distribution. Mr. Suydam received his JD from New York University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in History from the State University of New York at Albany.

Marc E. Becker has been a director of Affinion since October 17, 2005. From October 17, 2005 to December 20, 2006 he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Affinion. Mr. Becker is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P. He has been employed with Apollo Management, L.P. since 1996 and has served as an officer of certain affiliates of Apollo since 1999. Prior to that time, Mr. Becker was employed by Smith Barney Inc. within its Investment Banking division. Mr. Becker serves on several boards of directors, including Countrywide plc., Metals USA, Inc., Quality Distribution, Inc., Realogy Corporation and SourceCorp Incorporated.

Richard B. Marchese has been a director of Quality Distribution since January 2004. Mr. Marchese served as Quality Distribution's interim Chief Financial Officer from September through November, 2004. Mr. Marchese served as Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Georgia Gulf Corporation from 1989 until his retirement at the end of 2003. Prior to 1989, Mr. Marchese served as the Controller of Georgia Gulf Corporation and prior to that as the Controller of the Resins Division of Georgia Pacific Corporation. Mr. Marchese is a director of Nalco Holding Company and BlueLinx Holdings, Inc.

Michael D. Weiner. Mr. Weiner has served as one of our directors since April 2006. Mr. Weiner was nominated for election by Apollo. Since September 2006, Mr. Weiner has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Ares Management, Inc., a private investment management firm. From 1992 until August 2006, Mr. Weiner served as the General Counsel of Apollo Management, L.P. Before joining Apollo in 1992, Mr. Weiner was a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, specializing in securities law, public and private financings, and corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Weiner is also a director of Hughes Communications, Inc., SkyTerra Communications, Inc., and Goodman Global Holdings, Inc.
