Mr. Plochocki (56) was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on August 11, 2008. He has been a director of the Company since 2004. From February 2007 to May 2008, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Omniflight Helicopter, Inc., a Dallas-based air medical services company. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Trinity Hospice, a national hospice provider from October 2004 through October 2006. Prior to joining Trinity Hospice, he was Chief Executive Officer of InSight, a national provider of diagnostic imaging services from November 1999 to August 2004. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Centratex Support Services, Inc., a support services company for the healthcare industry and had previously held other senior level positions with healthcare industry firms. He holds B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Wayne State University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.

Paul Holt was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2000. Mr. Holt has served as the Company's Controller since January, 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Holt was the Controller of Sierra Alloys Co., Inc., a titanium metal manufacturing company from August 1999 to December 1999. From May 1997 to July 1999, he was Controller of Refrigeration Supplies Distributor, a wholesale distributor and manufacturer of refrigeration supplies and heating controls. From March 1995 to April 1997, he was Assistant Controller of Refrigeration Supplies Distributor. Mr. Holt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of SouthernCalifornia and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Rieboldt currently serves as the Vice-President of Quality Systems for the Kaiser Group, and has over 17 years of experience in workforce development services. He has had experience in quality management systems development and implementation, project management, systems analysis, and process mapping. Mr. Rieboldt also has experience with vocational assessment, case management, program design and development, training workshop development and presentation, supervision, computer skills training, IT support, and network administration. He was the team leader in the successful implementation of an ISO 9001:2000 based Quality Management System for the Kaiser Group's Corporate operations, and the Quality Systems company's operations in the Walworth County Job Center. These systems were certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard in February of 2001.

Sheldon Razin (69) is the founder of the Company and has served as its Chairman of the Board since the Company’s inception in 1974. He served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from 1974 until April 2000. Since its inception until April 2000, he has also served as the Company’s President, except for the period from August 1990 to August 1991. Additionally, Mr. Razin served as Treasurer from the Company’s inception until October 1982. Prior to founding the Company, he held various technical and managerial positions with Rockwell International Corporation and was a founder of the Company’s predecessor, Quality Systems, a sole proprietorship engaged in the development of software for commercial and space applications and in management consulting work. Mr. Razin holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ahmed Hussein (66) is, and has been since 1997, the Director of National Investment Company, Cairo, Egypt. Mr. Hussein founded National Investment Company in 1996 and has served as a member of its Board of Directors since its inception. Mr. Hussein served as a Senior Vice President of Dean Witter from1993 to 1996. Mr. Hussein is a director of the following publicly held Egyptian companies: Simo Paper Company and Nobria Agriculture.

Russell Pflueger (43) is and has been since 2002 the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Quiescence Medical, Inc., a medical device development company. During 2001 and 2002, he founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Pain Concepts, Inc., a medical device company. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Irvine.
