David R. Elmaleh, Ph.D., the scientific founder of FluoroPharma, Inc., is an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and the Director of Contrast Media Chemistry at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is an inventor of three drugs that are in use in man or in late stage clinical trials including: The radiopharmaceutical preparation of (2FDG) which has been used in over a million PET imaging procedures, Beta-methyl modified fatty acid (BMIPP), a commercially successful cardiac SPECT agent, and Altropane which has completed Phase III clinical trials. His recent work has included extensive research on imaging compounds to improve the speed and effectiveness of cardiovascular disease diagnosis which constitutes the technology licensed from MGH to FluoroPharma. He is a co-author on over 120 publications and an inventor of over 40 issued and pending patents in a range of disciplines, including molecular imaging and pharmaceuticals. Dr. Elmaleh is the recipient of numerous NIH and DOE awards, and has participated as a reviewer for the National Institute of Health (NIH). He is the Scientific Founder of Biostream (changed name to Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals) and several other start-ups. He holds a BSc in Physics and Chemistry, and an MS and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Cindy Horton has served as Vice President-Diagnostics of QuantRx since July 2005. Ms. Horton was the national sales manager for Applied Biotech, Inc., an Inverness Medical Innovations Company. Prior to that, she directed sales for Drugs of Abuse POC's, Professional POC's for Women Health and branded OTC products for private label customers at ABI, and its predecessor Forefront Diagnostics.

Sasha Afanassiev has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Finance of QuantRx Biomedical Corporation since September 2005, and has also served as Treasurer of the Company since December 2005. Prior to joining QuantRx, Mr. Afanassiev worked in public accounting from 1989 through 2001, where he serviced a widely diversified client base. In 2001 Mr. Afanassiev established a managerial accounting and tax consulting firm as principal and founder. Mr. Afanassiev holds a bachelor's degree from Temple University's School of Business and Management and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Michael Hogan, Ph. D., is Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Genomics USA (GUSA), and a preeminent expert in the microarray field. He has authored several of the first microarray patents. Prior to GUSA, Dr. Hogan founded four companies that were funded by premier venture companies in the oligonucleotide therapeutics, microarray, and applied genomics arena. He has 12 awarded patents and 25 patents pending.

Shalom Hirschman, M.D. has served as a Director of QuantRx since September 2005. Dr. Hirschman was Professor of Medicine, Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and the Mount Sinai Hospital. He served nearly three decades at Mt. Sinai until his retirement, when he became CEO, President, and Chief Scientific Officer of Advanced Viral Research Corporation, from which he retired in 2004.
