(Toronto: QBR.A) is one of the country's largest media companies with offerings in all facets of media. The printing segment includes magazines, retail inserts, catalogues, and books. Cable offers services in television distribution and telephony, Internet access and the rental of videocassettes, digital video discs and games. Newspapers includes the publishing and distribution of daily and weekly newspapers. Broadcasting operates French- and English-language, general-interest television networks, specialized television networks, magazine publishing and movie distribution. Other divisions offer book publishing and distribution, music production and distribution, business-to-business and Internet connections, Website hosting, e-commerce and telephone services. The company employs 47,400 people and had 2005 revenue of $6.3 billion. In March 2006 the company completed its private offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 8A+% Senior Notes due March 15, 2016, which were sold at par.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Transat A.T. Inc. Jean-Marc Eustache was the principal architect of the 1987 creation of Transat A.T. Inc. His forward-thinking business vision focused on vertical integration combined with outstanding leadership skills have helped elevate Transat A.T. Inc. to the rank of Canada's tourism industry leader.
