Rosanne Haggerty, 47, is the founder and President of Common Ground Community, a not-for-profit organization that develops strategies to end homelessness in New York City. Prior to founding Common Ground Community in 1990, she was the coordinator of housing development at Brooklyn Catholic Charities. Ms. Haggerty is a 2001 MacArthur Foundation Fellow. Ms. Haggerty has been a director of Quest Diagnostics since February 2002.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quest Diagnostics Incorporated ("Quest") since November 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Hagemann served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quest from August 1998. Mr. Hagemann joined a predecessor company, Corning Life Sciences, Inc., a subsidiary of Quest's former parent, Corning Incorporated, in 1992, and held a variety of senior financial positions before being named Vice President and Corporate Controller of Quest in 1996. Prior to joining Corning, Mr. Hagemann was employed by Prime Hospitality, Inc. and Crompton & Knowles, Inc. in senior financial positions. He was also previously employed by Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor company to Ernst & Young. Mr. Hagemann holds a B.S. in accounting from Rider University and an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University.

David M. Zewe is Senior Vice President, Diagnostic Testing Operations. He leads the newly-formed Hospital Business Team and oversees diagnostic testing operations company-wide, including physician, hospital, international and drugs of abuse testing. Mr. Zewe joined the Company in 1994 as General Manager of the Philadelphia regional laboratory, became Regional Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the mid-Atlantic region in August 1996, became Vice President, Sales in September 1997 overseeing the sales function company-wide, became Vice President, Revenue Services in August 1999 leading the billing function company-wide and became Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations in January 2001, responsible for all core business operations and revenue services. Mr. Zewe assumed his current position in May 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zewe was with the Squibb Diagnostics Division of Bristol Myers Squibb, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales.

Dr. Fisher is responsible for the Academic Associate program and serves as Senior Science Offi cer at the Nichols Institute. He received his M.D. degree from the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and completed pediatric and endocrinology training at UCSF and the University of Oregon. He held faculty positions at the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and UCLA School of Medicine. He served as Chairman of Pediatrics at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Director of the Walter Martin Research Center at that institution. He is Past President of the Endocrine Society and the American Pediatric Society, former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism and Pediatric Research, present member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Science, and a recipient of the Howland Award of the American Pediatric Society. He was recently elected to the Hall of Honor of National Institute of Child ealth and Human Development. Dr. Fisher has published more than 135 book chapters and authored or coauthored 10 books.

Richard A. Mahoney is the President of MedPlus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics® ; and Vice President, Healthcare Information Solutions for Quest Diagnostics. Prior to joining MedPlus, Mr. Mahoney was president of a company that provided financing for hospitals and related organizations. MedPlus was acquired by Quest Diagnostics in November 2001. Mr. Mahoney was also the Founder and Chairman of two Inc 500 companies. Mr. Mahoney has an impressive history including: President, Commercial Capital Corporation; Vice President, Franchising & Business Development - Sisters Chicken & Biscuits; Vice President, Kidder Peabody; Merrill Lynch. Mr. Mahoney has extensive healthcare experience in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and financing. In addition, he has lectured on subjects such as managed care, capitation, integrated provider networks, computer-based patient record systems, and regional healthcare alliances. He is a current member of the advisory committee to the eHealth Initiative and a member of ACLA. Mr. Mahoney also served as a member of CHIME (College of Health Information Management Executives) Mr. Mahoney is a member of the Leadership Circle for the Cincinnati Chapter of the United Way. He is also a Special Advisor to the Miami (Ohio) University School of Entrepreneurship. Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

Robert E. Peters is Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He oversees sales and marketing company-wide. Mr. Peters joined the Company in 1997 as Managing Director of the Teterboro regional laboratory, became Senior Managing Director of the New York/New Jersey region in 2000 and Regional Vice President for the East region in 2002. Mr. Peters assumed his current position in March 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Peters was with Ciba-Geigy Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations.

Dr. Balderrama received her Ph.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University, and completed postdoctoral training in reproductive neuroendocrinology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Balderrama served as an Assistant Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was also a recipient of a Research Scientist Award from the National Institute on Aging.

Dr. Sferruzza received his Ph.D. degree in cell biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has held positions as Vice-President and Scientifi c Director of Medical Biology at Cytocare, Inc. and was cofounder of Pacifi c Bioresearch Foundation in Newport Beach, California. He has also held positions as Laboratory Director at Pacifi c Coast Biotherapeutics, Therapeutic Product Project Leader at Quidel, Inc., in La Jolla, California, and Scientifi c Investigator and Instructor of Physiology at Louisiana State University.

Arturo Anguiano is dual certifi ed by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical cytogenetics and clinical molecular genetics. He received his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Mexico, D.F. He served his social service in biochemical genetics at the Institute for Biomedical Research (UNAM). He was co-founder and medical director of the private Institute of Genetics, Metabolism, and Reproduction in Mexico City and completed two fellowships in clinical cytogenetics and clinical molecular genetics at the Center for Human Genetics at Boston University Medical Center. He is a founding fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics.

Dr. Hamdan received her Ph.D. degree in microbiology from Washington State University and completed postdoctoral training in molecular biology at the University of California, Riverside, and at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. She joined Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute as a Research Scientist and progressed to R&D Manager before assuming her current role of Scientifi c Director.

Dr. Albitar is a board-certifi ed pathologist with subspecialization in hematopathology. He has completed fellowships in hematopathology at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and in molecular biology and human genetics at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Quest Diagnostics, Dr. Albitar was a tenured professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, where he served as Chief of Hematopathology of the Leukemia Section, with a joint appointment in the Clinical Leukemia department. He has served as an expert on several national committees and editorial boards. He is the lead author of more than 190 peer-reviewed papers, which have been published in prominent medical journals.

Dr. Sahud is the Medical Director of the Coagulation Department where he oversees new product implementation and offers phone hematology-coagulation consultation. He continues as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine in Hematology and has a deep interest in autoimmune acquired hemophilia, Lupus anticoagulants, rare hemophilia, and bleeding disorders. He has active publications in these areas and continues to participate in the International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis subcommittees for Platelet Immunology, Lupus Anticoagulants, and Factor VIII inhibitors.

Dr. Caulfield received his Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and microbiology from Bristol University in Bristol, England. He served a postdoctoral fellowship at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey, and was a research fellow in the Department of Bacterial Physiology at Harvard Medical School. Before joining Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute, Dr. Caulfi eld was Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Bone Biology at Merck and Company.

Mina Harkins, Treasurer: Mina has been active with DCMV for many years, serving as an officer and on the Seminar Committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors of National CLMA. She is often a speaker at the CLMA Annual Convention and Exhibition. Currently, Mina is the Administrative Director of Pathology Services for Quest Diagnostics.

Dr. Pandian received his Ph.D. degree in endocrinology and immunology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. He has held positions as Acting Director of the Endocrine Research Laboratory Department of OB/GYN at Deaconess Hospital in Buffalo, Supervisor of the Protein RIA Department, and Head of R&D at Interlab Associates, Inc. He is an affi liated Clinical Professor of the Department of Medicine in the University of California, Irvine. Also, Dr. Pandian has held the positions of Senior Scientifi c Director of the Endocrinology Reference Laboratory, Vice-President of Laboratories and Scientifi c Affairs, and Senior Vice-President of Reference Laboratory, Research and Development at Quest Diagnostics. He had more than 100 publications in peer review journals.

Dr. Fenwick is board-certifi ed by the American Board of Medical Genetics, with a subspecialty in clinical molecular genetics. He received his Ph.D. degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Tennessee, and completed postdoctoral fellowship training in medical genetics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Fenwick held positions as Associate Professor of Biochemistry at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, Associate Professor at the Institute for Medical Genetics and Director of the Kleberg DNA Diagnostics Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine, Vice-President of Laboratory Operations at Collaborative Diagnostics and Vice President of Scientific Development at Biodale Laboratories.

Dr. Bender received his M.D. degree from the UCLA School of Medicine followed by specialty training in Internal Medicine at UCLA-Harbor General Hospital. He then spent the next 6 years at the National Cancer Institute receiving his subspecialty training in hematology and medical oncology and as a senior investigator in the Medicine Branch doing laboratory and clinical research in such diverse areas as the therapy of ovarian cancer and malignant lymphoma, the membrane transport of antineoplastic drugs and the human pharmacology of vinca alkaloids. He then moved to Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation where he spent an additional 4 years dividing his time between laboratory research in folate transport and clinical practice. In 1982, Dr. Bender accepted a position at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego where he spent the next 2 decades helping to develop their clinical oncology program into one of the busiest in the western US seeing over 3000 new patients/ year and treating >250 patients/ week with intravenous chemotherapy. In addition, participation in national clinical trials through CALGB, NSABP and pharmaceutical companies was encouraged with 39 active trials underway at the time of his retirement from the medical group. In addition, Dr. Bender served on the executive board of the San Diego Hospice and American Cancer Society and served as a clinical instructor at the UC, San Diego School of Medicine during this period. Following a brief sojourn as a Senior Director in the oncology division of Johnson and Johnson, Dr. Bender accepted his present position as the medical director for hematology and oncology for Quest Diagnostics, Inc. He continues to teach at the UC, Irvine School of Medicine and to co-edit Anti-Cancer Drugs, an international oncology journal, as well at to serve as an expert reviewer in oncology for the Medical Board of California. Dr. Bender is the author of over 60 peer-reviewed scientifi c articles and numerous book chapters on topics including malignant lymphoma, pancreatic cancer and the clinical pharmacology of Vinca alkaloids.

Dr. Chan is a specialist member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and a Chartered Chemist, MRSC, of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He was awarded his Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Boston University. He served as a guest faculty member for Harvard Medical School, with technical expertise in the areas of chromatography, immunoassays, mass spectrometry, heavy metals analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy, and laboratory robotics. Dr. Chan has also served as grant review consultant for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

Todd has more than 15 years experience in the areas of Statistics and SAS Programming. Since receiving his Ph.D. from UCLA in 1992, he has served as Director of Statistics for Medtronic (Diabetes division), Director of Clinical Studies for Quest Diagnostics and Director of Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management for Boston Scientific (Neuromodulation division). Todd's experience includes IDE and PMA submissions for medical devices, IND and NDA filings for pharmaceutical applications and extensive experience with combination Drug/Device products. While at Medtronic, Todd served as lead statistician for a first-to-market continuous glucose monitoring system, serving as sponsor representative at FDA advisory panels and pre- and post-submission FDA meetings. He holds three U.S. patents and has held adjunct faculty positions at California State University, Northridge and UCLA.

Dr. Sun is certifi ed in clinical molecular genetics by the American Board of Medical Genetics. She received her M.D. degree from Shanghai Medical University, her Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Davis and completed her postdoctoral fellowship in molecular genetics at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Medicine. She has held positions as Director of the Molecular Genetics Laboratory in the Genetics Center and Manager of Diagnostic Molecular Pathology at the University of California, Irvine, Medical School.

Jennifer Fauley is a software developer for Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, a leading provider of diagnostic testing and clinical information. She is a key player in the development of software products that enable doctors to order lab tests and review results over the Internet. Although Jennifer is originally from Maryland, she is the daughter of native West Virginians and, after living in several states, returned "home" to Morgantown and West Virginia. Jennifer was impressed by MTC from the very beginning when she saw her daughter in a speaking role in her first MTC production at age 8. Her daughter, now in high school, has continued to benefit, in her personal growth and development, from her involvement with MTC. Jennifer is happy to be supportive of Hillary and MTC knowing what a significant contribution they make to the young people in our community.

Gary M. Pfeiffer retired in 2006 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. Mr. Pfeiffer joined DuPont in 1974, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and international operations, as well as in various DuPont divisions. Mr. Pfeiffer is a director of Talbots, Inc.

James F. Flaherty III. Mr. Flaherty, 51, has been Chairman of our Board of Directors since May 2005, our Chief Executive Officer since May 2003, and our President and a member of our Board of Directors since joining us in October 2002. Prior to joining HCP, Mr. Flaherty was affiliated with Merrill Lynch & Co. for 19 years, serving in a variety of investment banking, capital markets and private equity functions in New York, London and Los Angeles and was head of Merrill Lynch's Global Health Care Group. Mr. Flaherty is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Notre Dame and sits on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts ("NAREIT").
