As chief executive officer and president, Doug Garn is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Quest Software. Garn was recently appointed to the position of CEO after serving as the company's president since 2005. As president, he was responsible for driving the day-to-day product and sales operational areas, including directing the operations and strategies of the worldwide sales, marketing and product teams. Previous to that, Garn served as vice president of worldwide sales, responsible for driving the company's worldwide sales operations and strategies. He has been a primary contributor to the company's double-digit growth. Garn joined Quest in 1998 from Peregrine Systems, Inc. where he was vice president of North American Sales. Prior to joining Peregrine Systems in 1996, Garn was vice president of sales for Syntax, Inc., a networking software company. Garn also served as a regional sales manager for BMC from 1993 to 1995. He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from University of Southern California.

As chief financial officer (CFO) Scott Davidson is responsible for Quest Software's global financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations. Davidson joined Quest as treasurer in 2002, with responsibility for worldwide treasury and investment operations, SEC reporting, investor relations, risk management, purchase accounting and corporate development. Between 1997 and 2001, Davidson was director of corporate treasury at Citrix Systems. From 1996 to 1997, he was manager of pricing for telecommunication services with Precision Response Corporation, which was acquired by InterActive Corporation. Prior to that, Davidson was with the U.S. Department of Treasury and held the position of National Bank Examiner for the Southeastern region in the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. Davidson holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Aggie Haslup is Quest Software's vice president of worldwide marketing, responsible for leading all marketing efforts across the company. Haslup joined Quest through the acquisition of Aelita Software, where she held the position of vice president of marketing. In that role, she implemented product management methodologies in alignment with the sales and development organizations, established the corporate messaging platform, and led a major product positioning and re-branding initiative. Prior to joining Aelita, Haslup was vice president of corporate marketing for Frontstep, Inc., an ERP software company formerly known as Symix. While there, she held management-level positions in business development, product management and industry partnership development. With over 25 years of experience in technology and marketing, Haslup has contributed her business expertise to companies including ABB, Legent Corporation and Goal Systems. She holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in math.

Carol Fawcett serves as Quest Software's vice president of Global Information Services, responsible for aligning the company's global business needs and strategy with appropriate technology and process plans. Fawcett organizes and directs the Quest's worldwide IS activities and provides critical feedback to the business, as well as to Sales, external customers and prospects on the company's experiences using Quest products. Fawcett joined Quest in 2000 as the director of IS, responsible for the company's implementation efforts around Oracle and all other enterprise applications, such as Siebel and Clarify. Prior to joining Quest, she served as director of IS at Western Digital. Fawcett has 25 years of experience with financial, manufacturing, CRM, HR/Payroll, marketing and sales force automation applications. She has also directed efforts reaching successful companywide certifications with both ISO900x and Sarbanes-Oxley programs. Fawcett holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from National University in San Diego, California.

As Quest Software's vice president of worldwide support, Kim Kinnison is responsible for all aspects of support worldwide. Prior to assuming this role in 1999, Kinnison was the director and manager of technical support. From 2001 to 2004, she took on the additional role of vice president of human resources with responsibility for the company's personnel and staffing infrastructures, and also served as vice president of Information Services from 1999 to 2001. Kinnison joined Quest in 1991 as a technical support engineer and prior to Quest held positions as a systems programmer at Hughes Aircraft and instructor/consultant at Hewlett Packard. She has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Paul Garver is responsible for Quest Software's public sector division, covering the U.S. federal government, state and local governments, and higher education in all 50 states. In this role, he also oversees business and channel development, product and marketing functions, and systems consulting. Prior to joining Quest, Garver held a number of positions in sales and marketing focused on the government marketplace, with companies including Information Builders, Attachmate Corporation and IBM. Garver is an active member of a number of industry and government professional IT associations including GITEC, USO, AFCEA and ITAA. Garver was named one of Federal Computer Week's Federal 100 in 2005 and is also the recipient of IPIC's 2001, 2002 and 2005 President's Award for Superior Support and Contribution. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland.

David Gugick is the director of product management for the SQL Server solutions at Quest Software. He has more than 16 years technical and management experience in application development and database design. Before coming to Quest, he had overall responsibility for Coefficient, Imceda's SQL Server performance profiling solution. David is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP and a published author. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Bryan Oliver was VP of Research and Development for Imceda Software and works as lead developer with Quest Software for a number of solutions, including LiteSpeed for SQL Server. Bryan's position allows him to work with some of the largest and most recognizable SQL database environments in the world. He is also a valued speaker at conferences such as SQL PASS and SQL Server Summit. Born and raised in Australia, Bryan graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne and was an early adopter of SQL Server.

Jason Hall is a solutions architect for Quest Software, specializing in the architecture and implementation of disaster recovery and high availability solutions. Jason has also done extensive work in the field specializing in performance monitoring and tuning. In addition to on-site customer facing work, Jason has presented on Disaster Recovery to SQL Server Users Groups in Houston, Seattle and Chicago, as well as at SQL PASS conferences and SQL Server Summits.

Mr. Nieto was a co-founder of Life Fitness, a leading manufacturer of cardiovascular and strength training fitness equipment for commercial and consumer use, and held a variety of executive positions with Life Fitness until the company was acquired by Brunswick Corporation in 1997. He is currently an Operating Advisor for North Castle Partners, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Nieto is currently the chairman of Octane Fitness, a manufacturer of consumer exercise equipment. He is also a National Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Co-Chairman of its ALS Division and Founder of its Augie s Quest campaign. In addition, Mr. Nieto serves as the Chairman of the ALS Therapy Development Institute, a leading non-profit biotechnology and drug research company.

Dirks has 40 years of auditing and accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, having served as a National Office Partner from 1989 until his mandatory retirement in 2005. He served as a co-leader of the firm's National Accounting Services group and was an Audit Partner from 1979 through 1989, with an industry focus on technology clients in the software, semiconductor and storage hardware fields. Dirks also represented PwC in a variety of accounting and auditing professional activities, including the Accounting Standards Executive committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Emerging Issues Task Force of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and as a member of the AICPA Task Forces regarding various accounting topics, including the AICPA Task Force on Software Revenue Recognition, which led to the issuance of industry recognized literature and technical practice aids on the issue of software revenue recognition.
