Austin Erlich has served as the company s president and CEO since its inception in 1995. Austin brings to Quovera extensive experience in the strategic consulting and information technology industries. Prior to founding Quovera, Austin led one of Oracle Corporation s largest consulting services groups. Previously, he had been the director of information technology at Oracle. He had also served as an associate vice president at Prudential Bache Securities. In his early career, Austin was as a senior manager at the John Von Neumann National Super Computer Center at Princeton University and was on the research staff at the Princeton University Plasma Physics Laboratory.

Peter Koletzke is a technical director and principal instructor for the Enterprise e-Commerce Solutions practice at Quovera, in Mountain View, California, and has over 23 years of industry experience. Peter has presented at various Oracle User group conferences more than 200 times and has won awards such as Pinnacle Publishing's Technical Achievement, ODTUG's Editor's Choice, ECO/SEOUC Oracle Designer Award, the ODTUG Volunteer of the Year, and NYOUG's Editor's Choice. He is an Oracle Certified Master, Oracle Fusion Middleware Regional Director, and coauthor of the Oracle Press Books Oracle JDeveloper 10g for Forms and PL/SQL Developers (with Duncan Mills), Oracle JDeveloper 10g Handbook, and Oracle9i JDeveloper Handbook (with Dr. Paul Dorsey and Avrom Roy-Faderman), Oracle JDeveloper 3 Handbook, Oracle Developer Advanced Forms and Reports, Oracle Designer Handbook, 2nd Edition, and Oracle Designer/2000 Handbook (all with Dr. Paul Dorsey).
