Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. is a leading developer and operator of radiation therapy centers. These centers, which are freestanding and hospital based, provide a full spectrum of radiation therapy services to cancer patients, including conventional external beam radiation treatments as well as advanced services such as prostate seed implants (brachytherapy), 3D conformal treatment planning, image guided radiation therapy (IGRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and stereotactic radiosurgery. Radiation Therapy Services, Inc., operates radiation treatment centers primarily under the name 21st Century Oncology. The Company's 80 treatment centers are clustered into 25 local markets in 16 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and West Virginia. The Company is headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. We conduct much of our business under the tradename and the name of our wholly-owned subsidiary, 21st Century Oncology, Inc.
