Rob Glaser, Founder, Chairman and CEO of RealNetworks, Inc., has long been intrigued with the nexus of media, computing, communication and the Internet. Since founding Real in 1994, Mr. Glaser has played an integral role in the transformation of the Internet into the next great mass medium. In 1995 under Mr. Glaser's direction, Real introduced the groundbreaking RealAudio. Followed by RealVideo, RealPlayer and the systems to distribute audio and video including the Helix technologies, RealNetworks has continued to innovate and bring technologies to market. Additionally in 2000, RealNetworks began offering aggregated premium content online directly to consumers in a subscription service. In 2003, RealNetworks purchased Listen.com and built the Rhapsody music service into the leading music subscription service. With the combination of technology and business systems for monetizing media, RealNetworks and Mr. Glaser are at the forefront of the Internet media revolution. Prior to founding RealNetworks, Inc., Mr. Glaser worked for Microsoft for 10 years in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Multimedia and Consumer Systems. Mr. Glaser has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including his appointment by President Clinton to the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Yale University, with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science.

John Giamatteo is President, Technology Products & Services and International Operations at RealNetworks. Mr. Giamatteo comes to Real from Nortel, where he was President and CEO of Nortel Networks Asia Pacific. In that capacity Mr. Giamatteo had full P&L responsibility for Nortel's Asia Pacific business across all functions including sales, marketing, channel management, installation, customer care, media and government relations, human resources, and finance. In that role, Mr. Giamatteo dramatically grew Nortel's business in the region and provided leadership to a staff of more than 1400 employees across Asia. Prior to this position, he held numerous other executive roles with Nortel including President of Japan and Korea and a variety of other management posts since beginning his career with Nortel in 1988. Mr. Giamatteo earned both his B.S. in Accounting and his M.B.A. from St John's University in New York.

MICHAEL EGGERS has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RealNetworks since February 2006. Mr. Eggers joined RealNetworks in 1997 as the Manager of Financial Reporting and has held various positions leading to his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to RealNetworks, Mr. Eggers was employed by KPMG in the audit practice division. Mr. Eggers holds a B.A., magna cum laude , in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington.

MICHAEL LUNSFORD joined RealNetworks as a strategic advisor in January 2008 and has served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Ventures since June 2008. From 1999 to December 2007, Mr. Lunsford was employed by Earthlink, Incorporated, a provider of communications services, serving as Executive Vice President from June 2007 to December 2007, as interim President and Chief Executive Officer from November 2006 to June 2007, as Executive Vice President and President, Access and Voice from September 2005 to November 2006, as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Products from March 2004 to September 2005, and as Executive Vice President, Products from 2002 to March 2004. Mr. Lunsford holds an A.B. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina.

Robert Kimball joined RealNetworks in 1999 and is the senior executive responsible for all legal matters. Mr. Kimball currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Kimball served as law clerk to the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kimball was an attorney with the law firm of Sidley & Austin in Chicago before moving on to IBM Global Services where he held the position of Senior Attorney and Manager of Business Relations. Mr. Kimball holds a B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan and a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor of the Michigan Law Review.

Marj Charlier, Vice President of Investor Relations at Real Networks, has spent more than 30 years in corporate philanthropy, journalism and strategic communications. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of Investor Relations at Expedia, Inc., IAC/Interactive Corp., Cyprus Amax Minerals Co. and Amax Gold Inc. In addition, she created and developed clientele for the investor relations practice of Johnston Wells Public Relations Company in Denver. She also served as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for two years at Expedia, Inc., creating the first corporate philanthropy and cause-related marketing programs at the company, including the conception and negotiation of the World Heritage Alliance with the United Nations Foundation. For a dozen years prior to her investor relations career, she was a reporter with the Wall Street Journal. She has a BA in Journalism and International Studies from Iowa State University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa; a masters degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and an MBA from Regis University in Denver. In 2006, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the University of Wisconsin Journalism School, where she now serves on the alumni advisory board.

Ann Buckley, Creative Director. Ann has more than 15 years of creative design experience, most recently as Design Director for Real Networks Company. Prior to Real, Ann was Design Director for OnHealth Network Company, Art Director for Starwave Corporation and a designer for a number of other media design advertising agencies.

Rodney participated as a student in the Wesley Foundation while attending UW from 1995 to '98. He has been a member of the Wesley Foundation Board since before graduating. He grew up at Renton First United Methodist Church and continues to attend there with his family on a regular basis. While in high school, he enjoyed Starlight Sound Dances, Convo, and lock-ins; he was also involved in the Seattle United Methodist Youth Team (SUMYT). Today he works as a systems engineer at RealNetworks and is a member of the Seattle Bicycle Advisory Board.

Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com. In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987. In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet. He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society.

Edward Bleier has been a director of RealNetworks since April 1999. He retired from Warner Bros. in January 2004 where he had previously served as President of Pay-TV, Cable and Networks Features. Over 34 years with Warner Bros., he was involved in the development of home video, video-on-demand, pay-TV, and cable systems and networks, with ongoing responsibilities for programming, animation, sports, and the distribution of movies and television programs. Mr. Bleier previously served as a Vice President of ABC-TV, at various times overseeing sales, daytime and children's programming, marketing and planning. Mr. Bleier chairs the Center for Communication and the Academy of the Arts Guild Hall, serves as a trustee of the Charles A. Dana Foundation and the Martha Graham Dance Center, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Bleier holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University and served in the U.S. Army, specializing in public information. Mr. Bleier has also been a key volunteer in Syracuse University's New York City fund-raising efforts and is an integral supporter of the Newhouse school's Center for Popular Television. In 2003, Mr. Bleier authored The Thanksgiving Ceremony: New Traditions for America's Family Feast (Crown Publishing).

Pradeep Jotwani joined RealNetworks' Board in July 2008. Mr. Jotwani served as a senior executive at Hewlett-Packard for 17 years from 1990 to 2007. Most recently he was the SVP and GM responsible for the $16 billion Printing Supplies business. Prior to that, he founded and served as President for HP's $15 billion Consumer Business. Mr. Jotwani also serves on the Board of Directors for Presto, a Silicon Valley start up, the Advisory Board of the Markkula Center of Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University and the Board of Trustees of Crystal Springs Upland School in Hillsborough, California. He is also a Fellow of the American Leadership Forum in Silicon Valley and a teaching Guest Fellow at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Alex Slusky is the founder and managing partner of Vector Capital. His areas of expertise include infrastructure and applications software, corporate spinouts, and technology buyouts. Alex currently serves on the board of Savi Technology, and as Chairman of the Board of LANDesk Software and Corel Corporation. Prior to their acquisitions, Alex was also director of NetGravity (acquired by DoubleClick) and Acuity Corporation (acquired by Avaya). Alex also led Vector's investments in RealNetworks (NASDAQ:RNWK) and Extricity Software (acquired by Peregrine). Prior to Vector, Alex led the technology equity practice at Ziff Brothers Investments, managing a portfolio of public and private technology investments. Before joining Ziff Brothers, Alex was a partner at New Enterprise Associates, focusing on venture investments in software, communications, and digital media. Prior to NEA, Alex was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a product manager at Microsoft Corporation. Alex has a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude from Harvard University, and an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
