Mr. Day was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of RadioShack in July of 2006. Immediately prior to joining RadioShack, Mr. Day was a private investor. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kmart Corporation, a mass merchandise retailer from January 2003 to October 2004 after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2002 to January 2003. Following the merger of Kmart and Sears, Roebuck and Co., a broadline retailer, Mr. Day served as a Director of Sears Holdings Corporation, the parent company of Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation, until April 2006. Mr. Day earned his bachelor's degree from Oxford University and his master's degree in Business Administration from the London Business School.

Mr. Gooch, a certified public accountant, joined RadioShack in his current position in August of 2006. He spent 10 years with Kmart Holding Corporation and subsequently Sears Holdings Corporation after the merger with Sears, Roebuck and Co. He served in various positions including vice president, controller, treasurer, and vice president of corporate financial planning and analysis. Mr. Gooch has also worked at Helene Curtis and The Quaker Oats Company. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and his master's degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.

Mr. Applbaum joined RadioShack in his current position in September 2008. Immediately prior, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for The Schottenstein Stores Corporation. He has also worked at American Cyanamid Company, The Coca-Cola Company, Schlotzsky's Inc., Footstar, Inc. and The David's Bridal Group. Mr. Applbaum earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Texas and his master's degree in business administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Bevin joined RadioShack in his current position in January 2008. Immediately prior, he was at Blockbuster Inc. as Senior Vice President of North American Stores. He has extensive operations management experience, serving in senior leadership positions at AT&T Wireless/Cingular Wireless, Interactive Telecom Solutions, Blockbuster International and Texas Homecare.

Mr. Whitsett joined RadioShack in his current position in November of 2007. Immediately prior, he was senior vice president and chief merchant of Kmart Retail at Sears Holdings Company. He served in various positions of progressive management responsibility at Kmart prior to the merger with Sears, Roebuck and Co., as well as at American Stores Company. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University.

Michael is the Founder and Mastermind of Scarecrow Hollow Haunted House. Michael is Co-Owner of RadioShack/Michael's Signs & Designs/Gigabyte Lounge located on Main Street in Mobridge. In addition to the Haunted House, Michael serves on the Mobridge Chamber of Commerce Board, he's the Chairperson for the Mobridge Retail Committee and helps on the Mobridge Centennial Committee.

Corey is simply elated to be working with such a multi-talented and eclectic group of youngsters. He was last seen on stage in Town Theater's My Fair Lady alongside Mr. Charlie Duncan. By day, Corey is an Assistant Manager at your friendly neighborhood RadioShack. By night, he causes mischief, madness, and mayhem with his gorgeous and endlessly entertaining roommate Giulia - to whom his performance is dedicated. Corey Swinderman began playing in the Dominic Greco Band in 1973, while a student at Dover High School . He has since found a home with the Dominic Greco Band as the group's arranger and trumpet soloist. Crediting many with influencing him during his early years playing trumpet, Corey took private lessons from the late George Polce. He also attributes his mother Virginia Swinderman and high school band director Frederick Delphia for giving him a firm musical foundation. Upon graduating from high school, Corey entered the U.S. Navy and was chosen to be a member of the U.S. Navy Show Band. As the band's lead trumpeter, musical arranger/composer and assistant show director, Corey toured in over 30 countries throughout South America and Europe for five years. During this time he had the honor of playing back up for Doc Severinsen and arranging music for a show headlined by Bob Hope. Returning stateside, Corey was part of the U.S. Navy Band stationed in Chicago , Illinois . There he was the lead trumpeter, musical arranger and composer, show producer and public affairs director. In addition to touring the states, the band had the privilege to open for Maynard Ferguson and played back up for Manhattan Transfer. While in the Navy, Corey received numerous awards, including the Navy Achievement Medal for writing and producing an anti-drug show that the band performed throughout the states. After 12 years serving in the U.S. Navy, he went off active duty to pursue a career in film and television in California . In Hollywood , Corey worked as a studio musician recording background music for movies and television shows, including Simon and Simon, Magnum PI, and MacGyver. He also has major roles in the theatrical productions and a role in Miami Vice. In 1991, Corey returned to Dover and began teaching private trumpet lessons and operating his own video production company. Using his electronics background, he joined the staff of Radio Shack and is currently manager of the Radio Shack store located inside New Towne Mall at New Philadelphia , Ohio . Corey's musical degrees include a B.F.A. in Musical Arranging and Composition from St. Leo's University of Florida , Film Scoring and Composition from Berklee and Studio Sound and Recording techniques from Peavey Electronics. He also took private lessons from trumpet legend Conte Condoli, who performed nightly as a member of The Tonight Show Band. Corey resides in Dover , Ohio with his wife, Ann, and son, Kyle. When not spending time with his family, Corey enjoys collecting movie memorabilia and, of course, writing music.

Robert S. Falcone , age 59 . Mr. Falcone became a director of Broadcaster in February 2002 and has over thirty-seven years of financial management and board experience. Mr. Falcone is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Acquisition Group, a private equity corporate buyout firm. From 2003 to 2004 he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BearingPoint, Inc. an international consulting firm serving Global 2000 companies, medium-sized businesses, government agencies and other organizations. From 2000 to 2002 he was chief financial officer for 800.com, a pioneer in consumer electronics Internet retailing. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Nike, Inc. from 1992 to 1998, a time when the company grew annual sales to nearly $10 billion. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, LLP where he spent twenty-one years, eight of which as an audit partner. A graduate of Villanova University and a certified public accountant, Mr. Falcone serves on the boards of directors for RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH), and The Nautilus Group (NYSE: NLS). Mr. Falcone serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and is the designated audit committee financial expert.
