Andrew joined RadiSys in 2003. Andrew has been involved in embedded systems architecture and design for over 15 years. Prior to joining RadiSys, Andrew was Chief System Architect at Copper Mountain Networks, responsible for architecture of next generation broadband services concentration and remote access systems. Previously, Andrew was co-founder and Chief System Architect of Oresis Communications, a Portland-based start-up focused on converged voice and data packet switching systems. Andrew has also held engineering management and design positions at ADC Telecommunications and worked in medical imaging systems with OptiMedX. Andrew holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Brian joined RadiSys in 1999 and was most recently the Company's Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining RadiSys Brian held multiple financial management roles at Tektronix, Inc. where he was responsible for investor relations and numerous finance and accounting functions both domestically and internationally. He has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm Deloitte and Touche LLP. Brian holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Communications from Oregon State University.

Anthony joined RadiSys in 2007. Before joining RadiSys, Anthony was Intel Corporation's General Manager of the Modular Communications Platform Division (MCPD) in the Communications Infrastructure Group (CIG). Anthony joined Intel in 1983, where he utilized his leadership experience in engineering, development, sales and marketing. In his most recent role, his organization had the responsibility for servers, blades, boards and software to the telecommunications industry and he has led Intel’s ATCA efforts for the past several years. In addition to being an industry advocate and spokesperson for standards based platforms, Anthony has a track record of developing products and building businesses worldwide. While Anthony held the Director of Product Marketing position in the Enterprise Server Group at Intel, he developed the strategies for standard high volume server products, leading to a $1B business. Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Princeton University, graduating Magna cum Laude.

Chris joined RadiSys in 2003. Before joining RadiSys, Chris was vice president of worldwide sales for Lightspeed Semiconductor in Sunnyvale, California. Chris has also held various management level sales positions with Oplink Communications, OMM, Lucent and AT&T. With nearly 20 years of experience selling to global OEMs, Chris has been recognized for his ability to grow and manage worldwide sales organizations and successfully lead multifunctional teams through all phases of client platform selection and product life cycles. He also has extensive experience developing strategic alliances and negotiating contracts with major OEMs. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received an MBA from the University of California.

David joined RadiSys through the 2006 acquisition of Convedia, an early innovator in IP media server products and technology. At Convedia, David Smith was VP of Sales responsible for global sales and channel development activities. Prior to Convedia, David was Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Icron Systems, a startup developer of USB extension technologies. Earlier, David held the position of Vice President - Sales, Western Region, at Pitney Bowes, where he led a 120 person sales force. During a 12 year tenure at Nortel Networks, David held a series of increasingly senior appointments in finance, marketing, product management, and sales in both Canada and France. David has a Master of Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Ms. Harper joined us in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. In November 2006, she was named Vice President, Corporate Operations. Before joining our executive team, Ms. Harper was the Vice President of Finance at Electro Scientific Industries Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing finance and accounting functions across the company s numerous domestic and foreign subsidiaries. She has also held positions with Instromedix Inc. and Arco Oil and Gas Company in which she managed financial analysis, accounting, strategic planning and system development activities. Ms. Harper holds bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and Southern Methodist University, respectively.

Eugene L. Goda, 73, has been a member of Powerwave's Board of Directors since November 1995. From June 1997 to March 2000, Mr. Goda served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Objectshare Inc., a software company. From October 1991 to October 1995, Mr. Goda served as Chief Executive Officer of Simulation Sciences, Inc., a software company. From July 1989 to September 1991, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Software Systems.

Lorene K. Steffes has served as a Director since January 2005. Since October 2003, she has been an independent business advisor. From July 1999 to October 2003 she was an executive at IBM Corporation where she served as Vice President and General Manager, Global Electronics Industry; was based in Tokyo as Vice President, Asia Pacific marketing and sales of solutions for the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment and Energy & Utilities industries; and, prior to her assignment in Asia Pacific, was Vice President of software group services for IBM’s middleware products. Ms. Steffes was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Transarc Corporation, Inc. in 1997. Prior to this appointment she worked for 15 years in the telecommunications industry at Ameritech and at AT&T Bell Laboratories and AT&T Network Systems. Ms. Steffes is a director on the board of PNC Financial Services Corporation and PNC Bank, NA, a member of the Northern Illinois University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences advisory board and was formerly a trustee on the Carlow College Board in Pittsburgh. She holds a BS in Mathematics and MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
