(NASDAQ: RDWR) develops, manufactures, and markets application-smart network solutions. Its products allow network managers to manage traffic across servers, reducing network congestion. It offers the APSolute suite, APSolute OS, and APSolute Insite. It sells through distributors and resellers to corporations, manufacturers, retailers, service providers, and government agencies. Amir Peles has served as our Vice President, Chief Technology Officer since April 2000. From July 1997 through March 2000, Mr. Peles served as our Vice President of Research and Development since July 1997. Mr. Pri-El is charged with providing technical support and maintenance for all Radware customers globally. This includes customer service, systems engineering management, sustained engineering efforts, pre-sales consulting, professional services, and implementation of training programs. Prior to joining Radware, Mr. Pri-El served for 16 years in various managerial positions with Comverse (CMVT), a global leading company in value added services (VAS) and billing for the telecom market. Most recently, Mr. Pri-El served as the COO of the Fun Dial Product division of Comverse and for the last three years managed all aspects of customer support for the EMEA and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Mr. Pri-El held different positions with Simtech LTD., a weapon simulation solution company. Mr. Pri-El holds a masters degree in Information Technology from Clark University, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from New English College (summa cum laude) and graduated from the Top Executive Program at Tel Aviv University School of Business Administration. Mr. Pri-El also holds a degree in practical engineering in electronics and computers from Amal College in Israel.

Zohar Gilon has been a Director of the Company since 1995. Mr. Gilon is the Chief Executive Officer of Tamar Technology Ventures, a venture capital partnership which invests primarily in Israeli companies. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Shaked Technologies Ltd., a company which has served since April 1982 as a consultant to and representative of major U.S. electronics and aerospace companies. From October 1993 until August 1995, he served as President of W.S.P. Capital Holdings Ltd., which provides investment banking and underwriting services in Israel and invests in real estate and high-technology projects in Israel and abroad.
