Mr. Munsie is the President and CEO of RAM Holdings, Inc. He has been the general partner of RAM Capital Management L.P. (RCM) since 1996. Before starting RCM, he spent eighteen years in the securities industry developing insights and skills that allow an opportunity to identify equity opportunities and access their risks for investment suitability. He acquired the valuable tools of equity analysis as a securities research analyst starting in the 1978. This grounding in the fundamentals is a prerequisite for successful investing and provides the tools for valuing and accessing a company and its business opportunities. As a senior manager for several major Wall Street firms, including Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham, he developed tools for navigating the cyclical nature of the equity markets. These experiences were put to valuable use as a manager participating on Lehman's Investment Policy Committee, and managing firm capital. Mr. Munsie's background entails the accumulation of insights and experiences that have translated into investment disciplines. This has allowed RAM Capital Management to provide a valuable service to individuals and institutions looking for a balance of risk and reward in an equity portfolio.
