RBC Bank

Terry Earley, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, is responsible for the overall financials for RBC Bank, corporate real estate, information technology, business operations & delivery, core operations, branch operations & support and human resources. Prior to this position, Earley most recently served as executive vice president of finance and administration and RBC Bank's CFO and as CFO for the US&I division the Bahamas and Caribbean Banking. He has held numerous leadership positions and has overseen the banka s marketing, corporate communications, physical channels and merger and acquisition functions. He joined RBC Banka s predecessor Centura Bank in 1991. Earley holds a bachelora s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Earley also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tracy Stevenson has the primary responsibility to oversee the integration of business design and delivery including retail, business and commercial strategies, products and integrated marketing communications. She is responsible for growing revenue and optimizing performance while driving strategy. Prior to joining RBC Bank, Stevenson was vice president of Business & Client Strategy, Business Financial Services for RBC Royal Banka s business unit while leading the client and sales strategy serving small business and commercial clients. In her career with RBC, Stevenson has held numerous leadership positions including vice president for Business Financing Products responsible for lending services product management and development, as well as credit process and lending policy development in conjunction with Group Risk Management. Since 1987, Stevenson has held various positions in client relationship management, commercial sales management, credit risk adjudication and national client segment management. She holds an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Andrea Nixon serves as vice president - Transformation Management. Nixon works closely with executive management in the organization process of their groups which includes expense management and leads the client information management team. She has responsibility for RBC Bank's business priorities and key initiatives. Nixon serves as operating committee facilitator. Prior to joining RBC Bank, Nixon served as an economist with RBC in the Global Energy and Minerals Group. She has held numerous leadership positions in oil & gas, risk management, business banking, sales management and client strategies. Nixon joined RBC in 1982. Nixon holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from the University of Calgary. She is married and has two children.

Liz serves as the project manager for RBC Centura, Deloitte and the Raleigh Convention Center. In addition, she was the account lead for our 2004 pro bono client, the Autism Society of North Carolina. Before joining Capstrat full-time, Liz completed an internship here as well as Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina. Liz earned her B.A. in journalism and mass communications with a Spanish minor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She plays an active role in the UNC-Chapel Hill Journalism School Mentor program.

Molly Sapienza is the manager for sponsorship marketing for RBC Centura Bank.She will be responsible for directing and expanding the bank's corporate sponsorship marketing initiatives, particularly those relating to its sponsorships with the Atlantic Coast Conference, Lowe's Motor Speedway and its title sponsorship of the RBC,the entertainment and sports arena located in Raleigh N.C.Ms. Sapienza will develop and manage related consumer promotional events, marketing campaigns, and brand-building partnership opportunities, as well as act as liaison with facility management. Prior to joining RBC Centura, Sapienza was a supervisor for the sports marketing team at Chicago-based promotional marketing agency Frankel, where she was involved with the sponsorship initiatives of several Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in her career, she was marketing manager for Disney Regional Entertainment's ESPN Zone and assistant vice president of special events for National Football League Players Incorporated.Sapienza's strong background in sports marketing began even earlier in her career, when she negotiated sponsorships for Tennis Tournaments as a sales, marketing and promotions coordinator for Cleveland-based International Management Group. Sapienza is a graduate of the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Ted and Mary Martha enjoy being involved the lives of their sons as much as possible. Ted is also a fairly good handyman. As they say, "a jack of all trades, master of none." In his free time, he enjoys building and watching movies.
