Ready Mix satisfies the sunny states' need for concrete. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, Ready Mix, Inc. (AMEX: RMX) manufactures and distributes construction material. The company operates primarily in the Las Vegas and Phoenix metropolitan areas, with five batch concrete plants, a gravel and sand crushing facility, and a fleet of about 125 mix trucks. It sells to subcontractors, prime contractors, homebuilders, commercial and industrial property developers, pool builders, and homeowners. It also has a long-term mining lease at a quarry in Nevada. The company had 2005 revenue of about $67.7 million and employs about 280 people. In July 2006, it opened a new concrete batch plant site in Las Vegas, which will include a sand and gravel production operation, as well as a ready-mix concrete batch plant.

Bradley E. Larson has been a director of the Company since 1994 and was appointed President in July 1995 and Chief Executive Officer in November 1995. Mr. Larson was employed by Tanner Companies, a contracting and material company located in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1976 until December 1994. Nelson has been an executive officer and director of our company since 1996 and has been involved in the financial reporting and operations management areas of the construction industry since 1982.
