Colin Day is Group Chief Financial Officer (since 2005) and Director of Reckitt Benckiser. Colin Day started his career in 1973 as a trainee accountant at Kodak. A year later he joined British Gas, where he worked as an internal audit, management and project accountant for five years.

Was appointed EVP for Operations at Benckiser in October 1996. He joined the company in 1986, serving as Industrial Director in France, Monaco, Germany and as logistics director for the group. He was previously with Lesieur. Alain is responsible for the global supply chain including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. Also responsible for management of Squeeze and X-trim gross margin enhancement programs.

Freddy Caspers joined Benckiser in January 1998 as EVP for Eastern Europe. He previously served in PepsiCo in several international marketing, sales and general management assignments in North-America, Poland, Eastern Europe and Middle East (Turkey). Prior to that, he started his international career in Johnson & Johnson in brand management and sales in Germany, Western Europe and North America in the toiletries, personal care and health care (OTC) categories.

Joined Reckitt & Colman in 1987 serving in various roles including, Regional Sales Manager, North India, General Manager, Indian Southern Region and Regional Marketing Director, South Asia. Following the merger in 1999, he assumed the position of Global Category Director, Pest Control. He was appointed SVP, Regional Director, Northern Europe in 2002. In July 2006, he was promoted to EVP, Category Development. Rakesh is responsible for global category management, research & development, media and market research.

Joined Benckiser in July 1996 as Personnel Director and was appointed SVP Human Resources in March 1997. He was previously with Mars, 1986-1996, as Director of Compensation & Benefits (Europe). Frank is responsible for human resources management, remuneration and benefits and organisational development.

Mr. Murphy is a senior managing director at The Blackstone Group in the private equity group, which he joined in 2008. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Murphy spent five years as CEO of Kingfisher, a FTSE 100 company and the leading home improvement retailer in Europe and Asia. He has also served as CEO of Carlton Communications plc, Exel plc and Greencore Group plc. Mr. Murphy serves as a director of United Biscuits Topco Limited, Kleopatra Acquisition Corp., Abbey National plc, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, Hornbach Holding AG and for the Advisory Board of KP Germany Zweite GmbH. Mr. Murphy received his BSc and PhD in food technology from University College Cork and a 1st Class MBS in marketing from University College Dublin.

United States national. Member of the Board of Directors and of the Nomination and Compensation Committee since May 2008. Her term of office ends on the day of the 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders. Until 2005, Judith Sprieser was the Chief Executive Officer of the US technology software and services company Transora, Inc. She previously held various senior executive positions at Sara Lee Corporation until May 2000, having joined the company in 1987. Judith Sprieser currently serves as a non-executive director of Allstate Insurance Company, USG Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Ahold and Intercontinental Exchange. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, from which she earned a Master of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Mackay joined The South African Breweries Ltd in 1978 and has held a number of senior positions in the company, including Executive Chairman of the beer business in South Africa. He was appointed Group Managing Director in 1997 and Chief Executive of South African Breweries plc upon its listing on the London Stock Exchange in March 1999. The company was renamed SABMiller plc following the Miller Brewing Company transaction in 2002. Mr Mackay is a non-executive director of Reckitt Benckiser plc.

Ken Hydon*^~ aged 64, is a non-executive director of Tesco plc, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc and Royal Berks NHS Foundation Trust. He was previously finance director of Vodafone Group plc and subsidiaries of Racal Electronics. He became a non-executive director of Pearson in February 2006.
