RedPrairie

R. Michael Mayoras was named President of Americas in August of 2006, Mayoras has responsibility for sales of RedPrairie's E2eTM Supply Chain Execution (SCE) suite, including: WM applications, Hardware and Technical Services, Customer Services and Support, Development Services, and the Center for Excellence. He had previously served as Executive Vice President, responsible for RedPrairie's Customer and Development Services groups. Mayoras has more than 25 years experience in the consulting and software industries. Prior to joining RedPrairie in 2004, Mayoras served as President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER. He also served in senior management positions at CIBER, with responsibilities for sales and operations. Prior to CIBER, he was a partner in the Summit Group, a professional services consulting firm.

Tim Conroy joined RedPrairie in 2003 as the Western region's Vice President of Sales. He also served as the Americas Sales Leader before taking on his current role as President of the Distribution Productivity Group. Prior to joining RedPrairie, Conroy was co-founder and CEO of Intrepa, a supply chain execution systems company, and became an executive at Manhattan Associates when Intrepa was purchased by Manhattan. Prior to Intrepa, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of the Summit Group, a software consulting company.

Ezra Perlman, a principal with Francisco Partners, has extensive background investing in information technology companies. His private equity experience includes technology investing with Battery Ventures. He also serves on the board of directors of AttachmateWRQ, RedPrairie and SMART Modular. Perlman earned a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.
