Dr. Goldstein is Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company's Chief Scientific Advisor. He is also a founder of the Company and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, a position he has held since 1978. Dr. Goldstein is a recognized expert in the field of immunology and protein chemistry. He is the discoverer of several important compounds, including T 1 and T 4. Dr. Goldstein has served on the editorial boards of numerous scientific and medical journals and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Albert Sabin Vaccine Institute, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Aging and Geriatric Medicine, and the Richard B. and Lynne V. Chaney Cardiovascular Institute. Dr. Goldstein is also the author of more than 425 scientific articles and professional journals, the inventor on over fifteen U.S. patents, and the editor of several books in the field of biochemistry, biomedicine, immunology and neuroscience.

Mr. Crockford is RegeneRx?s Vice President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. He has more than 25 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. During his career as a clinical and regulatory affairs professional, Mr. Crockford established strategic plans, implemented and obtained marketing approval for eighteen drug products, including one of the first human growth hormone preparations sold in the U.S., seventeen in vitro diagnostic tests, and an intraoperative medical device to detect and treat cancer. Other clinical and regulatory achievements credited to Mr. Crockford include the cost-effective and timely development of a number of innovative investigational drugs. Mr. Crockford has a number of publications and holds more than a dozen patents.

Mr. Hindin is a member of the Board of Directors, having been elected in 2002. He is President and CEO of Adworks Inc., a Washington, D.C. based advertising and marketing firm having revenues in excess of $80 million annually. He is also Founder of Chicken Out Rotisserie Inc., which operates 29 restaurants in four states and the District of Columbia, with annual sales in excess of $35 million. In 1967, he co-founded Britches of Georgetowne, Inc., a clothing retailer specializing in the sale of upscale men's and women's apparel and accessories. Under his stewardship as its President and CEO, Britches became a chain of 77 units in seven states with annual sales exceeding $120 million. Currently, Mr. Hindin serves as Chairman of the Board of The Institute of Advanced Studies in Immunology and Geriatric Medicine, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that specializes in disseminating medical information to the public, as well as providing the pharmaceutical industry with an independent source for testing vaccines and drugs for the elderly.

In 2006, Mr. Rosenfeld became an emeritus member of RegeneRx?s Board of Directors, having served on the Board since the Company?s founding in 1982. Previously, he was the former science editor of Life magazine and Saturday Review, Consultant on Future Programs for the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Human Biological Chemistry and Genetics at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. He has received many writing awards, including the Lasker Award, with a special citation for "leadership in medical journalism," and is a frequent author and lecturer on scientific matters.
