Mr. Sullivan joined what is today known as Morgan Asset Management in 1982 and is currently President and Chief Investment Officer for Morgan Asset Management. Prior to the merger between AmSouth and Regions in November 2006, Mr. Sullivan was President of AmSouth Asset Management, Inc. Prior to taking on that responsibility in June 2004, Mr. Sullivan was Head of Value Equity for AmSouth Asset Management, Inc. Prior to that role, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Fixed Income Officer at AmSouth Asset Management Inc. supervising a staff of professionals responsible for the direct management of discretionary funds and for the provision of investment advice to other portfolios. Tim Laney, 47, joined Regions in August 2007 after serving as the Global Large Corporate Treasury Executive at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is currently a Regional Portfolio Management head responsible for the Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana region. He is responsible for actively managing institutional, personal and charitable assets for trust and investment management portfolios. In this role, he works closely with his clients and administrative officers to help offer the best possible investment management products. Prior to the merger between AmSouth and Regions in November 2006, Mr. Morrison was a Portfolio Manager for legacy Morgan Asset Management. Mr. Morrison’s industrial experience began in 1989. Prior to joining, from 1990-1994 he served as Consultant for Gerber-Taylor Associates, where he provided investment consulting for high net worth clients, as well as, managed a Fund of Funds Hedge Fund. From 1994-2000 he was the Principal and Owner of Wallace-Morrison Capital Advisors. Mr. Morrison received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Owen Graduate School. Grayson Hall, 51, is Vice Chairman of Regions Financial Corporation and is a member of the company’s Executive Council. Grayson manages the General Banking Group, which includes all banking offices across a 16-state footprint, Morgan Keegan, Operations and Technology, and Corporate Marketing. Regions is a top U. S. bank-holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with $144 billion in assets, operating over 2,000 branches. Grayson joined Regions in 1980 as a participant in the management trainee program. He has served in roles of increasing responsibility including head of the Operations and Technology Group from 1993 to 2004, manager of all lines of business (Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management) from 2005 to 2006. Grayson was named head of the General Banking Group in 2006 and, in 2008, was elected Vice Chairman and a member of the Boards of Directors of Regions Financial Corporation and Regions Bank. Grayson graduated from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
