Mark Jacobs is president and chief executive officer of Reliant Energy, Inc. Previously he served as Reliant's chief financial officer from July 2002 through May 2007. Prior to joining Reliant in 2002, Jacobs had a long-standing advisory relationship with the company in his position as managing director with Goldman, Sachs and Co. Jacobs joined Goldman Sachs in 1989 in mergers and acquisitions in New York. He moved to the energy and power group in 1997 and relocated to Houston in 1998. Jacobs serves on the boards of the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Greater Houston Partnership. He is also a member of the executive board of KIPP, Inc., a network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools in under-resourced communities throughout the United States. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a master's degree in management from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Brian Landrum is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Reliant Energy. He is responsible for the company's four operational functions, which include retail marketing, ERCOT supply, plant operations and commercial operations. Landrum joined Reliant in November 1999. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including senior vice president, retail operations, followed by president, Reliant Energy Retail Services, and senior vice president, commercial and retail operations and information technology. Before joining Reliant, Landrum worked for Compaq Computer Corporation. During that time, he held the position of general manager of the worldwide commercial displays business unit. Prior to his service at Compaq, Landrum spent 10 years in general management and information technology consulting with McKinsey & Company and Accenture in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Landrum currently serves on the board of directors of both Central Houston and Rebuilding Together Houston. Landrum earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Rick Dobson is executive vice president, chief financial officer of Reliant Energy, Inc. He oversees the operation of the finance, accounting, investor relations, performance management, internal audit and information technology functions of the company. He also is responsible for leading the financial aspects of the strategic plan and creating the infrastructure to support Reliant's disciplined approach to capital investment. Prior to joining Reliant, he served as CFO of the aluminum products company Novelis, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held the position of chief financial officer at Aquila, Inc., an electric and natural gas utility company based in Kansas City, Mo. Dobson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska. He maintains his license to practice as a CPA in Texas.

Jerry J. Langdon serves as the Chief Administrative & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Energy Transfer in June 2007, Mr. Langdon was the Executive Vice President for Public and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer for Reliant Energy. Mr. Langdon also served for five years as Commissioner for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). A board member of the North American Energy Standards Board, and The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission, Mr. Langdon also served as the Chairman of the National Petroleum Council' s 2003 study of North American natural gas markets – "Balancing Natural Gas Policy – Fueling the Demands of a Growing Economy." Beginning his career in 1975, Mr. Langdon has more than 30 years of business experience in the energy industry.

Albert H. Myres has served as our Senior Vice President, Government and Public Affairs since December 2007. He served as Shell Oil Corporation s Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President and Country Chairman from August 2005 to December 2007 and Senior Advisor, Government Affairs from June 2002 to August 2005.

Charles S. Griffey has served as our Senior Vice President, Market Design and Regulatory Affairs since December 2007. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs from February 2003 to December 2007.

David Roylance is senior vice president of Reliant Energy's Commercial and Industrial Sales and Marketing. In this role, Roylance and his team are responsible for the profitable expansion and management of all Reliant business customers in the United States. Roylance joined Reliant in 1998 as director of Natural Gas Trading and Marketing in the western United States. In 1999, he joined Reliant Europe where he was responsible for establishing a wholesale origination and marketing presence in the rapidly developing European market. In 2001 he returned from Europe to lead Reliant's retail commercial and industrial activities in the ERCOT market. Roylance came to Reliant from ConocoPhillips where he held exploration, production, planning and natural gas trading assignments in domestic and international markets. Roylance serves on the board of Children at Risk, a research-based advocacy group dedicated to children's issues. He earned his bachelor's degree in business from the College of Business Administration, University of North Texas in Denton.

Derek Furstenwerth is the Director of Air Resources for Reliant Energy. Derek received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas in 1990, and has worked for Reliant Energy since September 1990. In his current role, he is responsible for air quality compliance programs nationally, development and acquisition of power plants, and air quality policy development and support. Reliant Energy, Inc. (NYSE: RRI) based in Houston, Texas, provides electricity and energy- related products to more than 1.9 million retail and wholesale customers in Texas and in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland Interconnection. The company is one of the largest independent power producers in the nation with approximately 16,000 megawatts of power generation capacity in operation or under contract across the United States.

Shailendra Reddy is a software architect at Reliant Energy. He has been involved in many voluntary efforts such as painting houses for the needy and trash pickup at beaches. Most recently, he spear-headed a luncheon for more than 300 people that generated over 11,000 dollars for Red Cross' Tsunami relief fund. He has an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Bombay (India).

Ms. Perez is the Managing Partner of The Medallion Company, LLC, an investment management company. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Reliant Energy where she chairs the Audit Committee. Ms. Perez recently served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Regents at Baylor University.

William L. Transier is chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Endeavour International Corporation. He was named to his current position in September 2006. He was one of the original co-founders of Endeavour in 2004 and previously served as co-chief executive officer. Prior to forming Endeavour, Transier was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Ocean Energy, Inc. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG LLP, an international audit and business strategy consulting firm, where he rose to the title of partner and headed its energy practice. Transier is a director of Helix Energy Solutions and Cal Dive International and a former board member of Reliant Resources. He previously served as chairman of the Natural Gas Supply Association, director of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, and as state-appointed chairman of the Texas Online Authority and Department of Information Resources.
