Jonathan Z. Cohen is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Resource America, Inc. Jonathan has been Chief Executive Officer since 2004, President since 2003, and a Director since 2002. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2004, Executive Vice President from 2001 to 2003 and Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2001. In addition, he has been Vice Chairman of the Managing Board of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP, LLC since its formation in 1999 and Vice Chairman and a Director of Atlas America, Inc. since its formation in 2000. Mr. Cohen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.

President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of LEAF Financial since January 2002. Mr. Herman held various senior operational offices with Fidelity Leasing, Inc. and its successor from 1998 to 2001, ending as Senior Vice President. From 1990 to 1998, he held various operational, marketing, program management, business development and sales positions with Tokai Financial, most recently as Director as Capital Markets. Before that, he served as Vice President, Operations and Sales at LSI Leasing Services, Inc. from 1989 to 1990, and as a manager of operations at Master Lease Corporation from 1984 to 1989.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2006. Mr. Bryant brings twenty five years of real estate industry accounting and SEC financial reporting experience to RCC. Prior to joining RCC, Mr. Bryant was Senior Vice-President, Real Estate Services, at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) for one year. Before that Mr. Bryant served as Senior Vice-President and Treasurer at PREIT for five years. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Financial Services, at PREIT Rubin, Inc., and The Rubin Organization, Inc.

Senior Vice President since 2005 and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 1998. Vice President from 1998 to 2005. Attorney at Duane Morris LLP (an international law firm) from 1994 to 1998.

Mr. Brotman has been Executive Vice President of Resource America since June 2007. Mr. Brotman was a co-founder of Ledgewood, a Philadelphia based law firm concentrating in financial, corporate, real estate and other business matters and was affiliated with the firm from 1992 until June 2007, serving as its managing partner from 1995 until March 2006. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TRM Corporation (a publicly traded consumer services company) from September 2006 to September 2008 and was TRM’s President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2006 through June 2007. Mr. Brotman is also a certified public accountant and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

David E. Bloom, President. Mr. Bloom also serves Senior Vice President of Resource America, the parent company of Resource Real Estate. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Bloom was a Senior Vice President of Colony Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based real estate fund as well as a Principal of Colony Capital Asia Pacific. While at Colony, Mr. Bloom established the firm's operations in South Korea, which acquired and managed a portfolio of non-performing real estate loans with a face value in excess of $1 billion. From 1998 to 1999 Mr. Bloom was a Director at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, a New York based real estate investment bank. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Bloom practiced law in the real estate and corporate departments of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher in New York and Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. Mr. Bloom began his real estate career in 1987 as an Acquisitions and Development Associate with Strouse, Greenberg & Company, a regional full-service real estate company. Mr. Bloom received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Public Policy from Ursinus College and a Juris Doctor with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law.

Senior Vice President – Finance since 2005. Vice President-Finance from 2001 to 2005. Chief Financial Officer of Resource Financial Fund Management, or RFFM, from 2004. Chief Financial Officer of Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE:RSO) from September 2005 until June 2006. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Elliott held various financial positions at Fidelity Leasing, Inc., a former subsidiary of Resource America, including Manager of Financial Planning, Director of Asset Securitization and Treasurer.

Kevin M. Finkel, age 37, has been our Vice President-Real Estate Investments since January 2006. He has also been employed by Resource Capital Partners since 2002, having been its Vice President and Director of Acquisitions from 2003 to 2006 and President since 2006. Mr. Finkel has also been an officer of Resource Real Estate since 2004, and is currently its Executive Vice President and Director of Acquisitions. In 2000, Mr. Finkel was an investment banking Associate at Lehman Brothers. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Finkel was an Associate at Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Finkel was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities, the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank AG.

Prior to joining Apidos in July 2005, Mr. Stelwagon was on the investment committee of Babson Capital Management's Bank Loan team and held a variety of positions including Head of Loan Research. He joined Babson Capital in June 2002 as a result of the company's acquisition of First Union Institutional Debt Management ("IDM"), where he was Head of Loan Research. Prior to joining IDM, he was a Director and Group Credit Officer at Societe Generale where he was responsible for primary level credit approval and portfolio management for the bank's Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston and Atlanta regional offices. Before that, he was a Relationship Manager in Societe Generale's East Coast Region. Prior to joining Societe Generale, he worked in National Australia Bank's Loan Restructuring Group. Prior to joining National Australia Bank, he was a Credit Analyst at CoreStates/New Jersey National Bank. He holds a B.A. from Lafayette College and is a CFA charterholder.

Managing Director, Resource Financial Fund Management, Inc. Mr. Lokur is responsible for strategic partnerships and new business development. Prior to joining Resource America in January 2005, Mr. Lokur was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston. Before that, he worked at Morgan Stanley, SBC Warburg Dillon Read (now UBS AG), and Robert Fleming & Co. (now J.P. Morgan Chase). At those firms he worked in various capacities including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, and provided coverage to numerous leveraged buyout and real estate financial sponsors in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Lokur graduated with First Class Honors from the University of Buckingham in England where he was the recipient of the Sir Ernest Cassel Educational Trust award.

Director of Marketing and Investor Relations. Ms. Kamdar is responsible for coordinating fundraising and investor relations for Resource America, Inc. and its affiliates. Before joining Resource America, Inc., Ms. Kamdar worked with Sigma Capital, an S.A.C. hedge fund, and prior to that she worked at Bear, Stearns & Company. She received both an M.B.A. and B.S. in economics, magna cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Brooke N. Bennett is a Broker with Resource America, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm owned by Resource Development, Inc. Resource America is involved in land acquisition and sales, leasing of commercial space, and property management for Jester properties. Ms. Bennett has worked for Jester-related entities for the past fi ve years and currently holds her Missouri Real Estate Brokers license. Ms. Bennett also has ten years of experience in the food, beverage and hospitality industry with Harlequin Dining, Applebee's, Interactive Hotel Solutions and Rio Bravo. As a result, she brings particular expertise in meeting the needs of tenants and prospective tenants from the dining, entertainment and hotel sectors. In addition to her advanced brokerage license, Ms. Bennett holds a B.S. in Administrative Management from Missouri State University.

Senior Principal of Resource Financial Institutions Group, Inc. (RFIG) since 2005, and Senior Vice President of (RFFM) since 2004 and Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Trapeza Capital Management, LLC, since 2005. Prior to joining Resource America, Mr. Govindan was Principal of Beehive Ventures, LLC, a Deutsche Bank-seeded early stage private equity firm investing in companies providing products and services to the financial services industry. Prior to that, he served as Director of Corporate Development for IQ Financial Systems, Inc., a DB Ventures portfolio company. Mr. Govindan began his career structuring and selling fixed income derivatives at Bankers Trust.

Mr. Kozlov is a partner in the law firm WolfBlock's Business Litigation Practice Group, a member of the Executive Committee and the Managing Partner of the firm's Cherry Hill, N.J. office.

Jeffrey C. Simmons has been an Executive Vice President since January 2001 and was a director from January 2002 until February 2004. Mr. Simmons has been a Senior Vice President of Atlas Energy Management since its formation in June 2006 and Executive Vice President of Operations and a director of Atlas Resources since January 2001. Mr. Simmons has been a Senior Vice President of Atlas Energy Resources since April 2007. Mr. Simmons was a Vice President of Resource America from April 2001 until May 2004. Mr. Simmons joined Resource America in 1986 as a senior petroleum engineer and has served in various executive positions with its and our energy subsidiaries since then.

President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Ischus Capital Management LLC (Ischus), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RFFM. Before Joining Ischus, Mr. Sullivan headed up the trading of all structured finance, RMBS, and CMBS product for State Street Research and Management Company of Boston, MA. Mr. Sullivan has been the head of residential credit at Ischus Capital for the previous four years leading up to his current role. Mr. Sullivan is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Boston Securities Analysts Society. Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Finance from Providence College where he was a member of the Liberal Arts Honors Program.

John S. White John White is Executive Director of the Investment Program Association (IPA). Prior to joining IPA, he held several senior executive positions with AIG Advisor Group, a unit of AIG’s retirement services business, since 2002. John was the president and CEO of DCC Securities Corp., an NASD broker dealer which he founded in 1990. Mr. White has been a member of the Board of Directors or Resource America, Inc. since 1993.
