Mr. Mesquita is responsible for developing and leading the Chicago region s SCM practice and has over 10 years of financial and supply chain management experience. He previously served as National Director of Business Development and also helped launch the Dallas office in 2002. Ross joined Resources SCM Practice in January 2002 to fill a newly created Manager of Corporate Development position. In this role, Ross utilized his experience in supply-chain e-commerce, business development, financial analysis, strategy formulation, and transaction execution in order to develop joint ventures and alliances, identify and plan new service offerings, and assist in the formulation of Resources SCM Practice's short and long-term strategic plans. Prior to joining the company, Ross had worked at Enron Corp. since 1999, where he held various positions in business development, deal management, and finance. While at Enron, he played an integral role at DealBench LLC, a wholly owned Enron company that facilitated the completion of complex transactions via the web. He led DealBench's Auctions/RFQ module and was responsible for developing its marketing strategy, guiding product development, managing auction events, and generating new business opportunities. During his tenure at DealBench, he and his team negotiated and closed online auction events representing hundreds of millions of dollars in notional volume. Prior to joining Enron, Ross spent over four years as a commercial banker at Bank One Texas N.A. and also worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Lisa joined the Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice as a Client Services Manager in 2003. Lisa has over 13 years of Supply Chain Management experience (12 in the oil and gas industry). Lisa is adept in Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Program Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Metrics, Process Design, Organizational Design and Development, and other Supply Chain Management Solutions.

Max joined Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice in February 2000. He is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of senior level management experience in the oil and gas industry. His career is marked by a combination of Human Resources, Procurement and Administrative management, leadership skills and the ability to recruit, hire and retain quality professional, technical and management employees in the oil and gas industry. He conducted many successful searches for Procurement and Materials Management professionals and managers during his career in the energy industry, including recruiting candidates for international assignments. Max s business experience also includes an ability to successfully consult with all levels of management on developing staffing strategies and other recruiting and retention issues.

Bob is one of the founders of The Procurement Centre (Now Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice) and rejoined the company on May 15, 2000. Bob's possess a high-level expertise and experience as a purchasing and materials management professional. He has over 30 years of supply chain management experience with both major and independent energy companies that included responsibilities in the procurement, materials management, and logistical activities for domestic and international functions. On two separate occasions, he was employed by companies to develop and implement Purchasing Departments to include not only purchasing activities, but also the material control function as well. His experience also included responsibilities for the business development activities of a worldwide logistics provider. Bob has the experience, talent, and management skills to direct our efforts on client projects, including: current state assessments, strategic sourcing, training & education, inventory rationalization, organizational design, best practices review, eProcurement guidance, and other supply chain management solutions required by our clients.

Robert Stanley joined Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice in April 2001. Robert has over 18 years of experience in financial and operations management. He has worked with many start-up companies helping them build the financial and operational infrastructure needed for a successful operation. He has a broad range of experience, from working in the oil and gas industry to most recently providing his skills in the technology services environment. Robert has a proven track record of bringing strong accounting and operational management to the companies he has worked with over the years.

In the fall of 2000, Tom joined Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice as a Recruiter. He has twenty plus years of experience in the Energy industry and Recruiting. His hard work and tenacity have helped him find and deliver professional candidates to our clients. Prior to joining Resources SCM Practice, his background was in Human Resources and Governmental Affairs.

Mary Helen joined Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice (SCM) in August 1999 and serves as a Business Development Manager. Mary Helen has more than 10 years of diverse knowledge and experience in marketing and business development. During her tenure at the company, she has had increasing roles of responsibility working within different aspects of the practice.
