Andrew Chien joined Ricardo on 10 November 2003 as the President of RSC North America. Andrew brings 15 years of specialized experience in consulting, engineering and finance. He is considered a principal automotive industry thought-leader on various topics, including product development effectiveness, commonality, next generation product value optimization and strategic sourcing. From 1995 to 2003, he served in a variety of client facing consulting positions, lastly as a vice president in A.T. Kearney's Automotive Practice in Southfield, Mich. Andrew has worked with hundreds of clients at more than 20 automotive companies on a variety of engagements ranging from insight development to implementation, all with the goal of helping his clients gain competitive advantage.

Ian is Chairman of Kiln plc and Companies House plc. He is a Senior Non Executive Director of The Weir Group plc and Ricardo plc, a Member of the Legal Aid Board for Scotland and a Director of a number of other companies and a consultant on Auditing and Corporate Governance. He was a member of the Treasury and DTI Coordinating Committee on Accounting and Auditing issues which reported in January 2003. He is a Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, represented the UK on the International Auditing Practices Committee 1995-2000 and was Chairman of the Accounts Commission and Audit Scotland until 2000. He was awarded the CBE for services to the accountancy profession and Local Government in 1996. He is an Honorary Professor of Accounting and Doctor of Laws at Aberdeen University. He became Senior Non Executive of CALA in December 2000.

Ian Kershaw joined Ricardo on January 4th 2004. He leads Ricardo's Strategic Consulting business in Northern Europe. Ian brings a wide range of automotive experience including six years with Arthur D. Little, five years with Rolls-Royce & Bentley Motor Cars, plus 8 years with Perkins Engines. Ian Kershaw has an M.A. in Engineering from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from Cranfield University, where he received a Courage award of distinction and the annual prize for Operations Management.

Albert Neumann joined Ricardo on September, 1st 2006 and assumes responsibility for RSC's German practice. Dr. Neumann holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from RWTH Aachen and has more than 10 years of automotive experience through management positions at IBM Germany and strategic consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Bud Aspatore is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Amherst Partners, a firm specializing in investment banking and financial advisory services, including corporate and debt restructurings, for small to mid-sized companies. Bud currently services clients not only in the US, but also in Asia, Canada and Europe. Prior to the formation of Amherst Partners, Bud served as President of Cross and Trecker Corporation, an $800 million publicly traded worldwide factory automation equipment supplier. Bud has also served in numerous other operating capacities, namely as President and CEO of the Warner & Swasey Company and Vice President and Group Executive of the Bendix Corporation Industrial Tools Group. Bud has also served as CFO of the Industrial Group of the Bendix Corporation and Vice President Finance of the Industrial Energy Sector of the TRW Corporation. Bud has also served as Vice Chairman and President of Onset BIDCO, a venture capital and subordinated debt fund. Bud serves on the Board of Directors of Laser Measurement International, Cogsdill Tool Company, the US Board of Ricardo, plc (London: RCDO), Cargill Detroit Company and its subsidiary, Stellar Engineering, and Franklin Bank, N.A. (NASDAQ: FBCP). In addition, Bud is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MBI International. Bud is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Mr. Aspatore is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Michael Harper was appointed a non-executive director on 24 June 2003. He was Chief Executive of Kidde plc until he retired from that position in March 2005, and more recently was acting Chief Executive of BBA Aviation plc until June 2007. He is currently Chairman of BBA Aviation plc, Chairman of The Vitec Group plc, and a non-executive director of Catlin plc.

Stephen Parker joined Ricardo on 1 August 2002 as the Global Managing Director of Ricardo Strategic Consulting. Previously he was employed as a Vice President of A.T. Kearney's Global Automotive Practice having responsibility for the provision of strategy and operational consulting to the executive teams of both automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and General Manager Perkins Technology at Perkins Engine Group, a position he held for 8 years, as well as 8 years at PSA Peugeot Citroen.
