The company is based in Chatswood, NSW, Australia, and employs about 13,300 people in over 760 sites across the US, Australia and China. It was founded in 1926 and has revenue of $5.1 billion. In March 2006 the company acquired Keys Concrete, one of the largest independent concrete and block manufacturers in Florida.
