Paul Czeladnicki is the Executive Director of Rivkin Radler LLP. In that capacity he serves as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and is responsible for all day-to-day administrative and financial activities. Mr. Czeladnicki has more than thirty years experience as an Executive Director/Legal Administrator. He is a Past President of the Association of Legal Administrators, New York City Chapter; as well as Past Treasurer of the Association of Legal Administrators, New York City Chapter. Mr. Czeladnicki is a former Board Member of the Financial Management Section and has co-authored a portion of the handbook used in Financial Management Course I in conjunction with the Association of Legal Administrators. He has lectured and taught budgeting workshops at ALA National Educational Conferences. Mr. Czeladnicki has also served as an instructor of Introduction to Legal Administration for the New York City Chapter for four years. Currently, Mr. Czeladnicki is a member of the Board of the Huntington Cinema Arts Center. He is a past board member of the DNA Learning Center at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories and UCP of Suffolk County. Paul Czeladnicki is a graduate of the Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration. He received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.

Alan C. Eagle is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups. Mr. Eagle's practice includes representing insurance companies in insurance litigation and counseling them concerning insurance matters. Mr. Eagle is also retained by his clients to represent them in complex construction, toxic tort, commercial and general liability litigations. Litigations directed by Mr. Eagle have resulted in judgments in favor of his clients and favorable law for the insurance industry in a number of precedent-setting cases, including the Liggett litigation in Delaware, Polaroid litigation in Massachusetts, F.L. Aerospace litigation in Michigan, Noranda litigation in Idaho, Howmet litigation in New Jersey, Texaco/Primerica litigation in Iowa and ISA litigation in New York.

Alan S. Rutkin is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Group. He has special expertise in insurance coverage disputes involving environmental matters and other complex claims. A frequent speaker on litigation and insurance topics, Mr. Rutkin has spoken at the A.M. Best Insurance Information & Technology Conference, the American Conference Institute, the Canadian Institute, the New York City Bar Association, the Insurance Federation of New York, and Avus International Loss Adjusters (Austria). He also chaired the New York State Bar Association Federal Civil Practice Program. For the past ten years, Alan Rutkin has also authored articles on many aspects of insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Rutkin has authored a defense litigation column for Best's Review. Additionally, he has written for the Federation of Insurance & Corporate Counsel as well as other leading publications. The American Society of Business Press Editors presented Mr. Rutkin with an award for Editorial Excellence. Alan Rutkin is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and leads the firm's pro bono program. He holds multiple leadership positions in the American Bar Association's Tort & Insurance Practice Section. Active in his residential community, Mr. Rutkin has served on the Board of Trustees in the Great Neck Estates Civic Association and is past President of the Great Neck Rotary.

Brian Ade is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups resident in the New Jersey office. He holds the designation, Certified Civil Trial Attorney, from the New Jersey Supreme Court. An experienced trial attorney with expertise in complex civil and commercial litigation, much of Mr. Ade's time is devoted to construction defect, product liability, toxic tort, environmental and insurance coverage cases. He has represented companies and individuals in defense of claims relating to hazardous chemicals and chemical waste, PCB's, dioxin, gasoline, pesticides, lead and asbestos. Among the products he has defended are medical, consumer and industrial devices. In the construction litigation arena, Mr. Ade has represented general contractors, subcontractors and construction materials manufacturers in court, arbitration and mediation. Insurance coverage disputes have constituted a large share of Mr. Ade's practice since 1986. Mr. Ade has lectured on topics relating to insurance coverage at Seton Hall Law School and for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and is on the editorial board for the Environmental Claims Journal. Mr. Ade was recently selected by his peers to be included in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, the second time he has enjoyed this honor. In each of the professional associations to which Mr. Ade belongs, he has participated in committees dedicated to his areas of interest, i.e., the Construction Law Committee of DRI, the Torts and Insurance Practice Section of the ABA, the Environmental Law Section of the NJSBA, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and the Product Liability Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association.

Brian S. Conneely is a Partner in the firm's Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. Mr. Conneely has more than 25 years of experience in employment discrimination litigation in federal and state courts as well as before federal, state and local agencies. He also has extensive litigation experience in non-compete, trade secret, partnership, fiduciary and shareholder litigations and securities arbitrations. Mr. Conneely represents employers in union organizational attempts, unfair labor practice charges, NLRB elections, collective bargaining, union arbitrations and grievances, prevailing wage disputes and overtime investigations. He has also successfully represented employers in hundreds of NLRB, OSHA, EEOC and DOL proceedings, as well as in connection with strikes, picketing and secondary boycotts. Mr. Conneely advises medical practices, technology companies, not-for-profits, construction companies and small businesses on a wide variety of corporate matters, contracts and commercial litigations. He regularly counsels employers with respect to employment agreements, employee handbooks, separation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits and pensions. Mr. Conneely was featured in the Who's Who in Labor Law on Long Island in the Long Island Business News in August 2004. He has served as a Chair on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He is a prior Officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law.

Bruce A. Bendix is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups, resident in the Uniondale office. Mr. Bendix is a trial attorney practicing in the defense of matters involving premises liability, lead paint liability, products liability, automobile liability, municipal liability, toxic exposure, insurer bad faith, civil rights, false arrest and the Federal Employer's Liability Act. He has successfully tried to verdict many cases in both the state and federal courts in the New York City metropolitan area.

Carol A. Lastorino is a Partner in the firm's Professional Liability Group, resident in the Uniondale office. Ms. Lastorino is involved in all aspects of professional liability litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of attorneys. She represents attorneys for claimed malpractice in the handling of a variety of matters including bankruptcy, commercial transactions, securities fraud, trademark/patent infringement and litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Ms. Lastorino was employed in Atlanta, Georgia where she handled the defense of premises, products and professional liability claims. From 1992 to 1995, Ms. Lastorino was employed by a law firm specializing in commercial litigation. Ms. Lastorino served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal. Her article entitled, "Employer-Supported Child Care as a Mandatory Subject of Collective Bargaining" was published in the 1991 volume of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal.

Celeste M. Butera is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. Ms. Butera focuses on litigating intellectual property disputes including trademarks, copyright, domain name disputes and cyber-piracy disputes, and represents clients in proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office, including opposition and cancellation proceedings, counseling clients and providing substantive presentations on all aspects of intellectual property and internet law, as well as business torts and related liabilities. Ms. Butera has represented, on a national basis, insurers with respect to coverage issues and disputes including issues relating to patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and antitrust, as well as a variety of other business torts, hazardous waste, product liability and, for America's largest companies, commercial litigation. Ms. Butera litigates and argues motions and appeals on behalf of insurers and companies throughout the United States.

Evan H. Krinick is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Appeals and Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Groups. As Supervising Partner, Mr. Krinick oversees a staff of attorneys dedicated to sophisticated advocacy. He has successfully litigated complex matters and argued appeals for the firm's institutional, municipal and individual clients at all levels of courts in both the state and federal judicial systems and administrative forums. Mr. Krinick currently serves as a member of this firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Krinick has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on appellate practice, civil procedure, expert witnesses and insurance coverage, in addition to numerous presentations for the private sector on appellate advocacy, insurance bad faith and lender liability. He is a columnist for the New York Law Journal in regard to Long Island cases on appeal and was formerly UCC columnist for the Banking Journal.

Harris J. Zakarin is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Litigation and Appeals Practice Group. He is resident in the Uniondale, New York office. Mr. Zakarin represents a wide array of individuals, closely-held businesses and major insurance companies in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation, with an expertise and concentration in appellate practice. A Partner of Rivkin Radler since 2004, Mr. Zakarin serves on the firm's Hiring Committee. He interviews attorney employment candidates and serves as a Senior Mentor to first-year and summer associates. Mr. Zakarin began his legal career as an Appellate Court Attorney for the New York State Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department and served as acting law secretary to Honorable Anthony V. Cardona, Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department, and Honorable Paul J. Yesawich, Jr., Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. Zakarin was a litigation associate at a boutique Manhattan real estate litigation firm where he represented cooperative and condominium housing associations and their members. Mr. Zakarin is a member of The Leadership Council for the Mentoring Partnership of Long Island, an organization whose mission is to enable every child on Long Island in need to be paired with a caring adult in a quality, structured mentoring program. He is also a member of Touro Law Center's newly-formed Alumni Council. In this role, Mr. Zakarin meets and mentors law students, participates in roundtable discussions, performs mock interviews and offers career advice.

James F. Quinn is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Quinn represents major insurance companies nationwide in environmental coverage litigation. Mr. Quinn's early years with Rivkin Radler LLP were spent in the General Liability Litigation Group where he handled a wide variety of jury trials involving personal injury litigation arising out of automobile, premises and products liability claims. From 1986 through 1990, Mr. Quinn practiced in the firm's California office and defended major insurance companies in environmental coverage litigation venued in state and federal courts in California. He also provided coverage advice on a variety of issues concerning automobile, general liability and environmental claims. Since 1990, he has been with the New York office in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group where his practice has ranged from providing coverage advice to handling insurance coverage litigation for major carriers nationwide involving first and third party automobile and general liability claims, as well as cases involving noise related hearing loss, long term exposure to toxic materials and environmental contamination.

Jesse J. Graham II is a Partner in the firm's Health Services and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups. His practice includes products liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, mass tort litigation and general negligence. He has tried hundreds of complex, multi-million dollar cases in New York State and federal courts. Mr. Graham has written on a variety of trial-related subjects, and is a legal commentator on network television, cable and radio programs, including Court TV, CNBC, CNN, News Talk TV, the Fox Network, and the Fox News Channel. For more than two decades, Mr. Graham has represented clients such as The Trustees of Columbia University, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, and Velsicol Chemical Corporation. He is a founding member and Director of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association. Mr. Graham served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy in the Judge Advocate General Corps from 1976 until 1979, where he was assigned to the Office of the Judge Advocate General, in Washington, D.C. There, Mr. Graham specialized in the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, Intelligence Oversight Operations and other areas within the Department of the Navy and the Department of Defense.

John J. Robertelli is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, resident in the New Jersey office. An experienced and accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Robertelli has developed an expertise in defending public entities and employees in wrongful death actions; cases involving significant property damage (flood) or catastrophic injuries; civil rights and constitutional claims and employment-related matters. He also has expertise in insurance coverage issues, construction site and premises liability, commercial litigation, and product liability. In addition, he has previously been selected to participate in a special litigation unit designed to combat insurance fraud and to conduct special investigations on behalf of various insurance carriers.

John L. Rivkin is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups. He represents, on a national basis, many of the largest domestic and international insurance companies in their declaratory relief actions, domestic and international arbitrations and claims. He serves as Liaison Counsel and Steering Committee Counsel in some of the largest insurance coverage actions now pending. Elected as a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, Mr. Rivkin has been profiled in the Millenium Edition of Who's Who in American Law. He has written and spoken extensively in the field of environmental insurance coverage law. In addition, Mr. Rivkin has served as Lecturer of Law of Practising Law Institute and has spoken before the National League of Cities, the Environmental Strategies Corp. and the Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. Mr. Rivkin is a member of the National Litigation Panel for the University of Virginia School of Law, a distinguished Lecturer of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law ("Complex Insurance Litigation"), a member of the Advisory Council for Touro Law School, and of the Council of Overseers for Long Island University. He is also a United States Merchant Marine Officer. He holds a United States Coast Guard 100 Ton Master's License.

Joseph K. Poe is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Poe represents clients in various insurance coverage claims, commercial lawsuits, contract claims, and personal injury actions in both the New York State and United States District courts. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Mr. Poe was a litigation associate at a large Long Island commercial and residential landlord-tenant and real estate practice firm, where he practiced extensively in the New York City Civil Court system.

Kenneth A. Novikoff is a Partner in the firm's Litigation & Appeals and Employment & Labor Practice Groups, with significant trial experience in the state and federal courts, as well as before commercial arbitration panels, representing corporations, municipalities and individuals with regard to varied complex commercial litigation matters, partnership disputes, employment and housing discrimination matters and civil rights lawsuits. Mr. Novikoff handles multi-million dollar commercial disputes and has recently successfully represented a leading New York City law firm in a multi-million dollar partnership dispute with a former founding partner. In the area of employment and housing discrimination, Mr. Novikoff provides advice and counsel to clients on a broad range of related matters and has defended hundreds of discrimination claims in federal and state courts, as well as before various state and federal administrative bodies.

Laurine M. Rubin is a Partner in the firm's Litigation & Appeals Practice Group. An experienced litigator, Ms. Rubin regularly practices in all New York City counties, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and other venues. She handles matters from inception through trial and has obtained defense verdicts in New York State Supreme Courts. She has successfully drafted and argued appellate briefs before the Appellate Division. Her practice areas include the defense of complex general liability, construction labor law, defamation, property damage and products liability actions pursuant to insurance policies issued by both personal and commercial lines. She has also handled the defenses of several high profile self-insured clients, including municipalities and sports centers. Ms. Rubin provides lectures on various civil defense litigation topics. She has also provided coursebook materials for publication by the New York State Bar Association.

Lawrence A. Levy is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group. He specializes in complex insurance coverage litigation and commercial litigation, and represents many large insurance companies in disputes including D&O, E&O, asbestos, toxic tort and environmental claims. Mr. Levy acts as advisory and litigation counsel and has tried cases and argued motions and appeals in federal and state courts throughout the country. Because of the national scope of his practice, Mr. Levy has been admitted pro hac vice in various state and federal courts. Lawrence Levy has written articles on directors and officers, environmental and toxic tort coverage issues for the New York Law Journal, Best's Review (Property & Casualty), Mealey's Emerging Insurance Disputes and the D&O Liability Litigation News.

Leonard L. Rivkin is the founding partner of Rivkin Radler. Mr. Rivkin now serves as Of Counsel. Mr. Rivkin has decades of experience as national trial counsel on high-profile, landmark and precedent-setting cases; having served as lead counsel on the Agent Orange class action suits, as national coordinating counsel for a major asbestos manufacturer in claims against the United States and the company's government contract defense, and represented a major insurer in one of the largest bank failures in American history. He has represented insurers' interests in some of the most challenging enviornmental related insurance coverage litigations throughout the United States. Mr. Rivkin has served as a lecturer and an author for the American and New York State Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, Practicing Law Institute, National Environmental Enforcement Council Journal, and National Association of Attorneys General, among others. He was the Editor in Chief of the Hazardous Waste and Toxic Tort national monthly newsletter. His book, "May It Please The Court," was published by Carolina Academic Press, and chronicles his professional life. An avid boatman, Mr. Rivkin is a member of the Governing Board of New York State Maritime Academy and has published articles on cruising. Mr. Rivkin was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws by Hofstra University School of Law, and he has been honored by the American Committee on Soviet Jewery, Long Island Epilepsy Foundation, Boys Town of Italy, Long Island Yeshiva, Cancer Society of the North Palm Beaches, and Shaare Zedek Medical Center of Jerusalem. He was also named Honoree of the Year by the Trial Lawyers Division of the UJA of New York. Leonard Rivkin served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was awarded two Purple Hearts and the Silver Star.

Michael A. Kotula is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Group. He counsels and represents insurance companies in connection with a wide variety of claims, including toxic tort, environmental, product liability, construction defect and construction accidents and other emerging coverage claims and in declaratory judgment litigation around the country. Serving as defense liaison counsel, Mr. Kotula has coordinated joint defense groups in large declaratory judgment actions, including the Waste Management environmental insurance coverage action in New Jersey involving claims for over $1 billion of insurance coverage at 134 polluted waste sites in 28 states and in Canada. He has served as counsel for a major insurance company in a successful jury trial and subsequent appeals in the ACC Chemical environmental insurance coverage action in Iowa, which sought over $75 million of insurance coverage. A frequent author, Mr. Kotula's publications include: LONG, THE LAW OF LIABILITY INSURANCE, VOL. 2, CHAPTER 10A: Environmental Insurance Coverage Issues (Matthew Bender & Co.). Mr. Kotula has spoken at seminars for the Practicing Law Institute, the American Bar Association, Mealey's and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, as well as at national and international insurance and reinsurance companies. He was appointed a Vice-Chair of the Excess, Surplus Lines and Reinsurance General Committee of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association for the 2007-2008 period. He received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a facilitator of a peer review process that rates lawyers, its highest rating. Mr. Kotula is a mentor to children in a program sponsored by Rivkin Radler, the Mentoring Partnership of Long Island and the Summit Lane Elementary School in Levittown, New York. He received the Mentoring Partnership's Gold Achiever Award for his commitment to the program. In 2004, he was inducted into Long Island Business News' 40 Rising Stars Under 40.

Michael E. Buckley is a Partner in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Buckley litigates environmental insurance coverage cases for various insurance carriers, including Allstate Insurance Company, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Interstate Insurance Company. Mr. Buckley is involved in all aspects of coverage recommendations and negotiations involving environmental claims pending throughout the United States, as well as defense of environmental and toxic tort claims on behalf of insureds of ACE/Century Indemnity and Atlanta International Insurance Company. He is also serving as defense counsel for Chevron Products Company in the metropolitan New York area. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Mr. Buckley practiced law in New Jersey, participating in representing the New Jersey Automobile Full Insurance Underwriting Association as general counsel and Princeton Insurance Company in defense of medical malpractice litigation throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Buckley is a prior President of the Notre Dame Club of Long Island, an alumni association coordinating social, community and academic events for the University of Notre Dame alumni residing on Long Island. He also was the 1998 University of Notre Dame Award of the Year recipient for his services to the Long Island Club. Michael Buckley is the co-author of the article "New York and the Absolute Pollution Exclusion: Opening the Door for the Exclusion's Applicability to Indoor Pollution Claims," which appeared in the September 3, 1998 Mealey's Emerging Insurance Disputes and September 26, 1998 Insurance Advocate.

As a sole practitioner in Garden City, Mr. Stafford built a very successful private practice. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education courses (CLE) in both New York and Florida. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1976, and has the distinction of having held numerous bar positions usually reserved for resident attorneys. He served five years as a member of the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar, the only New York lawyer ever to serve in this role. He also served two years as a member of the Board's 11-lawyer Executive Committee, and was Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee of The Florida Bar. To date, he is the only out-of-state lawyer ever to serve in these capacities. Mr. Stafford has been a member of The Florida Bar Probate Law Committee since 1994, and has also been a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar for the past 10 years. Prior to practicing law on a full-time basis, Mr. Stafford worked in journalism, public relations, and politics. He was a sportswriter and later a political reporter and editor for United Press International (UPI) in New York. He was the Sports Information Director at St. John's University, his alma mater. Mr. Stafford's political involvement includes Executive Assistant to State Senator John R. Dunne, and Director of Communications for Judge Charles D. Breitel's campaign for Chief Judge of New York State. He held the same position for Governor Malcolm Wilson's campaign. Mr. Stafford has also served as a Public Relations Consultant to numerous high-profile corporate clients. Mr. Stafford has also been active in many civic and charitable organizations on Long Island. He was vice president of government affairs for the Long Island Association of Commerce and Industry (LIA), as well as being a member of the LIA's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Garden City Chamber of Commerce, and chairman of the Chamber's Blue Ribbon Committee which was responsible for preserving the last remaining toll lodge of Long Island's Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, the world's first limited-access toll road. Mr. Stafford is also an honorary trustee of Variety Children's Learning Center (formerly Variety Pre-Schooler's Workshop), having served as a member of the board for 19 years, and vice-chair of the board for 14 years. He has served on Advisory Committees to the Diocesan Television Center (Telicare) and to Mercy Hospital, and has also chaired fund raising committees for St. Joseph's Parish in Garden City.

Norman L. Tolle is a Partner in Rivkin Radler LLP's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tolle had been Vice President and Associate General Counsel of The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. There, Mr. Tolle had been responsible for complex litigation, including class actions relating to sales of life insurance, and ERISA pension and welfare benefits, as well as litigation involving disability insurance, life insurance, employment and real estate. As a member of the American Council of Life Insurance (ACLI), Mr. Tolle had served as a member of and chaired its Litigation Committee, which provided amicus briefs in state and federal courts throughout the country on matters important to the life insurance industry. He is currently a member of the Life, Health and Disability Committee of the Defense Research Institute and a member of the Law Committee of the International Claim Association. Mr. Tolle has lectured at the 1995 ACLI General Meeting in Washington, D.C. on "Tort Reform," at the 1996 ACLI Legal Section Seminar in California on "Managing Litigation," at the Eastern Claims Conference Annual Meeting on the topics of "The Suicide Defense to a Life Insurance Claim" (1992), "Waiver of Premium - Don't Think It's A Small Claim" (1999), "Individual Disability - 'Hot' Legal Issues (2000) and "How to Use Medical Examiner/Pathologist Findings - Body of Evidence" (2006), and on privacy/surveillance issues to life and disability insurance field investigators. Mr. Tolle also lectured at the American Conference Institute's Disability Seminar in Boston (2000), the annual meeting of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine (2002), and at the JHA annual Dynamics of Disability Conference (2002 and 2007).

Shari C. Lewis is a Partner in the firm's Professional Liability and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. Ms Lewis' practice includes matters involving attorney liability, other professional malpractice claims, medical device and product liability, municipal liability litigation and computer and Internet litigation. Ms. Lewis has handled a variety of subjects underlying legal malpractice claims including real estate, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, securities, contract disputes, liens and pension benefits, and has represented clients in such diverse claims as malpractice, fraud, R.I.C.O, breach of contract, constitutional violations under 1983, strict product liability and various other tort theories. Ms. Lewis regularly appears in state and federal courts and has extensive experience handling complex class actions and multi-district litigation. With particular expertise in the representation of technology companies, Ms. Lewis has handled a variety of liability claims for an Internet registry and the Internet's largest registrar, among others. She has litigated cases involving domain name disputes, freedom of speech, enforceability of contract terms, cyber-piracy, the Anticyber-squatting Act, cyber-hijacking, jurisdiction and trademark violation and dilution in that medium. Ms. Lewis was invited by WIPO to become a member of their panel of neutrals, resolving domain name dispute resolution under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolutions Policy. She has lectured and published articles on the topics of Internet and domain names, attorney malpractice, medical device litigation, computer liabilities and other liability-related issues. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Shari Lewis served as in-house counsel for a small, closely held insurance company. In that capacity, she represented the company and its insureds in all aspects of primary defense and coverage litigation, from pleading through trial and appeal.

Stephen B. Weissman is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group in the Uniondale office. Mr. Weissman emphasizes his practice in acquisition, sale, leasing and management of real estate, development, construction and renovation of apartment and office complexes, manufacturing facilities, shopping centers and hotels; real estate financing for institutional lenders, owners and developers; syndication of real property interests; and real estate workouts and bankruptcy rearrangements. Mr. Weissman's corporate experience includes all forms of general corporate representation on behalf of publicly held and private corporations, partnerships and other entities, with emphasis on asset and stock acquisitions, mergers, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, restructurings and bankruptcy reorganizations. Corporate housekeeping matters have included shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, employment agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, licensing agreements and security law compliance documentation.

Stuart M. Bodoff is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Litigation & Appeals and Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Bodoff has handled appeals in insurance coverage and declaratory judgment actions involving issues of lack of inclusion into, as opposed to exclusions from, a policy, and the lack of necessity for a disclaimer of coverage in such circumstances, losses consisting of intentional acts and the issue of timely disclaimers, proper cancellation of policies including disability, commercial and automobile policies, and the interpretation of the Earth Movement exclusion in a Rental Dwelling Policy. Mr. Bodoff regularly handles appeals in Article 75 proceedings to stay arbitration of UM (Uninsured Motorist) or SUM (Supplementary Uninsured Motorist) claims or to vacate arbitration awards. In addition, Mr. Bodoff represents insurers in appeals stemming from actions to recover No-Fault benefits. These appeals often involve complex issues including the eligibility of fraudulently incorporated medical providers who are secretly owned by unlicensed individuals to seek reimbursement of No-Fault benefits, and fraudulent billing by medical providers for unnecessary treatment or treatments not provided. Mr. Bodoff has handled numerous appeals arising out of premises liability, negligence, and professional malpractice cases.

William M. Savino serves as Rivkin Radler's Managing Partner and is Chair of the Firm's Executive Committee. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Group. He has served as counsel to the New York State Senate Committee on Insurance.

Adam Koblenz is an Associate in the firm's Litigation & Appeals Practice Group. While at George Washington University Law School, Mr. Koblenz served as a Law Clerk in the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.

Alexander G. Pappas is an Associate in the firm's Insurance & Coverage Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, resident in the New Jersey office. Mr. Pappas concentrates his practice on professional malpractice defense; public entities defense; premise liability and motor vehicle defenses. Mr. Pappas is a graduate of the Quinnipiac College School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review.
