Murali Natarajan is the assistant vice president of Corporate Delivery and Management Information Systems for RLI Insurance. He directs internal departments and external resources responsible for gathering requirements and designing and delivering applications for corporate customers. He is also responsible for developing the data warehouse, management information and tool/data education solutions for the company. Natarajan was a member of the RLI Semi-Annual Task Teams in 2000, 2001 and 2003; was named Employee of the Quarter in 1999; and earned RLI Task Team Member of the Year in 1997. He was awarded the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 2005. Active in the community, Natarajan supports the Heart of Illinois United Way through its annual campaign and golf outing and is a grant reviewer of the Children and Youth Committee. He provides direction to ekala.org, a non-profit entity which offers relief and rehabilitation to the poor and needy, and was among the leadership for the 2007 American Diabetes Association Kiss-A-Pig campaign. He also supports the annual Make-A-Wish campaign and the Shiri Saradha Sakthi Peetam orphanages in India.

Helen J. Young is a CPA and statutory income tax coordinator for RLI Insurance Company. She organized the first tax department within the company in 1984, and now coordinates the annual filing of over 240 statutory and tax filings. Helen was recently appointed by Bradley University President John Brazil as a vice-chair of the campaign cabinet for the Centennial Campaign to raise $100 million for the University. She received the 1992 Prescott E. Bloom Memorial Distinguished Service Award and is on the boards of: Peoria Area Community Foundation, Bradley University National Alumni Association, American Red Cross, Goodwill Industries, Family House, Tri-County WomenStrength, Peoria Area TriCentennial Celebration, and Bradley University Associate Board of Trustees.
