Dow Jones Description

"I wanted to write and thank your for the excellent customer service I received today. We had a shipment which was lost in transit due to changes in delivery on our end, and your staff provided timely and courteous support. When I called your Oakland, CA customer service line, your Roadway representative was extremely helpful. She not only tracked down my shipment, but she had the Oakland distribution center call me to confirm the status of the shipment. The Oakland Roadway customer service representative even went all the way out to the floor to guarantee that the shipment was there and verified that we could indeed pick up our shipment. I was extremely impressed with their through and efficient assistance. I wish all my customer service interactions were so positive. Thank you again to you and your staff."
