Albert J. Neupaver, age 58, has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Wabtec Corporation (manufacturer of braking equipment and other parts for locomotives, freight cars and passenger rail cars) since February 2006. From 1998 to February 2006, Mr. Neupaver was President of the Electromechanical Group of AMETEK, Inc.

Christopher M. Hix has been our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2006. He held various corporate finance and business development positions with Roper Industries (diversified industrial products) from 2001 to July 2006, the most recent being Vice President, Business Development and Assistant Secretary. He was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Customer Support for Somero Enterprises, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 1991 to 1999 he was with Roper Industries serving in various business unit senior financial and operational leadership positions. Mr. Hix has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from St. Marys College

Jeff Halsey has been our Vice President of Human Resources since 2007. He held various Human Resources positions with ABB Ltd. from 1989 through 2006, most recently as Group Senior Vice President, Human Resources for ABB Inc. and the global Automation Segment of ABB Ltd. Prior to 1989 he was Vice President, Employee Relations for Pullman, Inc. Mr. Halsey has an undergraduate degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Saeid Rahimian has been our Corporate Vice President and President, Fluid Management Group, since September 2005. He was Group Vice President of our R&M Energy Systems and Reactor Systems business from May 2004 to September 2005. He has also been President of our R&M Energy Systems business from 1998 to May 2004. Prior to 1998 he held various positions in management, engineering, sales and marketing within Robbins & Myers, Inc. Mr. Rahimian has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in Advanced Management from Harvard Business School.

Kevin J. Brown has been our Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since October 2006. He was our Vice President of Corporate Services, Investor Relations & Compliance from August 2006 to October 2006 and he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to August 2006. Previously he was our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since December 1995. Prior to joining us, he was employed by the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP for 15 years. Mr. Brown has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Lampereur, age 44, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Actuant Corporation (manufacturer of industrial products and systems) since August 2000. Mr. Lampereur joined Actuant in 1993 as Corporate Controller, a position he held until 1996 when he was appointed Vice President of Finance of its Gardner Bender unit. He served as Vice President, General Manager for Gardner Bender, from 1998 until assuming his present position.

Richard J. Giromini. Mr. Giromini was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2007. He had been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 28, 2005 until December 2005 when he was appointed President and a Director of the Company. Prior to that, he had been Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company on July 15, 2002. Mr. Giromini was with Accuride Corporation from April 1998 to July 2002, where he served in capacities as Senior Vice President Technology and Continuous Improvement; Senior Vice President and General Manager Light Vehicle Operations; and President and CEO of AKW LP. Previously, Mr. Giromini was employed by ITT Automotive, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 serving as the Director of Manufacturing. Mr. Giromini also serves on the board of directors of Robbins & Myers, Inc., a global supplier of highly engineered equipment and systems for critical applications in energy, industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical markets, which he joined in October 2008. Mr. Giromini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and industrial engineering and a Master of Science degree in industrial management, both from Clarkson University. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Management.

Stephen F. Kirk is senior vice president and chief operating officer of The Lubrizol Corporation. Mr. Kirk joined Lubrizol in 1972. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of roles in process engineering, sales and sales management. Mr. Kirk has also worked at several company facilities, including European headquarters in London, England. In December 1993, Mr. Kirk was elected vice president of the corporation, and in April 2004, he was elected senior vice president and appointed president of Lubrizol Additives. In September 2008, Mr. Kirk was elected chief operating officer for the corporation. He received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Mr. Kirk was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Business from Cleveland State University in 2007. He is also on the board of directors at the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association and is past chairman of the American Chemistry Council Petroleum Additives Panel. He serves on the board of directors of Robbins and Myers (NYSE). He is a director of Vocational Guidance Service and is chairman of the Visiting Board for the Nance College of Business Administration at Cleveland State University.
